Good property and with a bit of love and attention to detail it would make a lovely rental property
Great location. Ample room for the 4 of us and great instructions from the management team whom look after the place
The property is great but could really do with thought in terms of cutlery etc. The mattresses were appalling. They really need replacing as you could feel the springs.

Fantastic location for train / walking travelers
The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Mostly importantly, it was in an exceptional location for access to both Exeter Central railway station and central Exeter (both easy walks). We didn't have a car, but the parking was also free and right in front of property.
Would have been nice to have had some small toiletry basics.

Modern, comfortable house, spotlessly clean in great location
Fantastic place! Three well appointed bedrooms, comfortable beds and nice bedding, modern bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen. Huge smart TV in the living room is a nice bonus. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to Exeter city center. We’ll be back!
