Great location. Quiet street. Really well appointed. Super clean throughout Everything felt very new! Great kitchen/family room. Nice bathrooms.
No free parking but £11 per day at Parr St nearby. Curtains don’t keep out the light so you’ll wake up early in the summer - blinds would be nice.

Very clean property, lots of amenities but not loads of great facilties to cook with ( pans old and worn) not a problem If you won't cook. It is close to the town centre and maybe 30 minutes walk from the train station.
The local area is definitely one of the more unsafe regions in Exeter. Even the taxi driver made a point of dropping us to the door ( worrying when you first arrive).
There is a ringbell that is constantly actice and not just when pressed. This was not on the listing or on the website; overall, it's not a problem as I assume for security due to the area but may feel intrusive to some.
