The place was easy to find, in a superb location right by the river. The views of the river were great. Good sized rooms.
I had requested a cot through the booking and also messaged separately on the message feature asking if there would be one as per my booking request. They didn't reply to my message and there wasn't a cot in the property for my baby.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation well located for bars and restaurants on Exeter Quay
The front door key wouldn't work in the lock when we arrived because it badly needed oiling.

We loved the location being close walking distance to Exeter Quayside. We loved the views of Exeter and the river from the bay windows. Lovely to have seats in the bay windows.
We felt house was homely and enjoyed not being in a corporate style hotel.
Bath towels were lovely and white and a good size. House looked and felt clean.
We appreciated the parking space and being in a gated development made us feel the car was reasonably safe (not that Exeter felt like a hot bed of crime!)
We felt it was good value for money for its location but the property could do with some TLC.
Presumably the dishwasher has been removed recently because the dishwasher tablets are under the sink but I’d expect a dishwasher in a house to sleep 6. (I know it wasn’t listed as a facility so it wasn’t misleading but just a nice to have).
The front door key was difficult to use…not sure how it can be fixed but FYI.
We didn’t see any instructions about what to do with recycling (and what can be recycled). We found the recycling bins but have come away with our glass because we couldn’t find a nearby glass recycling facility and no pedestrians nearby knew where it was.
Some more champagne flutes are needed to make up to 6.

The property was very clean, homely and welcoming. As the property was in a gated community we felt safe and secure. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk into the city centre and even closer were a wide of range of bars and restaurants to suit any taste. The view of the quay is amazing and was very calming and relaxing.
