Fantastic apartment, excellent location overlooking the quayside. Private parking and a secure complex are a great bonus.
Only a trivial thing but would have liked an extra front door key, particularly as it's the sort of door that locks when closed.

The location was fantastic. Overlooking the canal . 10 mins walk from the centre. Quite a few restaurants nearby - Browns and Rockfish were particularly good. Lovely walk/cycle up to the Double locks pub .
Fantastic for getting around on the buses which were very efficient . Went to Totnes, Sidmouth and Topsham. The bus to Dawlish was taking much longer than usual due to road closures so we didn’t go but could have got there by train.
We were 3 ‘mature’ ladies so the steps were a bit of a challenge every day! Everything we needed seemed to be on a different floor! However this was made clear in the particulars so not complaining but just so people are aware. Quite a few steep steps up to the front door too. Would have been nice to have cloths in the kitchen for washing up and wiping tables - there was only a sponge. Seagulls gave us an early morning wake up call each day!

The place was easy to find, in a superb location right by the river. The views of the river were great. Good sized rooms.
I had requested a cot through the booking and also messaged separately on the message feature asking if there would be one as per my booking request. They didn't reply to my message and there wasn't a cot in the property for my baby.

Location and parking
We would not have gone to your property if we had known there were only 2 bathrooms. It clearly stated 5 on advert.
We chose your place over others as we wanted a bathroom for each bedroom. The advert said 5 bathrooms. It also says 2 ensuites. In fact there were 2 bathrooms and one toilet. One exclusive ensuite and one shared - that was not clear. We felt lied too. I informed host but they didn't get back to me.
Other issues we had were:-
Very wobbly table and only 4 chairs (we booked for 5!)
Generally little grubby - carpets dirty, broken tiles, water marks on ceiling etc..
Not enough glasses & poor quality equipment.
No effort with recycling.
