Retreat to this cosy, character apartment after a day sightseeing in glorious Exeter. Less than a 5 minute walk from the main high street, yet tucked away on a quiet road near the beautiful iron bridge, you are perfectly situated. The peaceful location and comfortable new beds ensure you get a good night's sleep. This quirky flat has been newly decorated, providing a welcoming home for a small family or groups wanting to enjoy Devon's capital city and south coast beaches.

Set back off a small residential road, there is very little traffic or passers by. Decorated with a combination of rich colours and neutrals to provide a warm welcoming feel and enhance the character of the property. In the open living space, there is a stunning spiral staircase, peep through arches in the kitchen and original sash windows making it stand out from your average home. The sofa is large enough for 3 to sit comfortably and there is room at the dining table for 5 people to eat. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up an evening meal, and the open plan layout makes it ideal for entertaining.

Upstairs there is a bright and airy main bedroom with a double bed. The space is compact and therefore does not allow for a lot of furniture, but there is a small rail to hang clothes and a couple of cabinets for smaller items. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, perfect for children, or 2 single adults. There is also a desk with a chair, which is the perfect spot for anyone who needs to do some working from home.

The bathroom is simple, with a chic black and white colour scheme. There is a shower and a bath making it easier for those with small children.

The bedding for the sofa bed is in the chaise section of the sofa.

The home is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else.

We won't be available in person but we use Field and Beach Property Management or FABStays for short, to look after our home. Local manager, Ali, is on hand if you need any assistance during your stay. Either message via the booking platform or text her during office hours.

We supply the basic consumables including toilet rolls, cleaning products, washing up liquid, dishcloth and sponge and salt, pepper, oil and tea, coffee and sugar.

The toilet in this home has a traditional cistern which means it takes a short while to fill the tank after flushing. Please wait a few minutes to allow the tank to refill before trying to flush again.

We strive to provide as much information as possible to ensure our listing is accurate. Please make sure you read the listing thoroughly before booking. Whilst we are on hand to assist with any issues during your stay, we are unable to make changes to anything within the home to suit individual needs.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you

- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
