Convenient for where we needed to be. Easy to find. Pleasant area.

The house was extremely close to Westpoint, which is where we were for the weekend. Close to Ikea, Tesco and fuel. Plenty of places to eat. All these places are within easy reach by car. There is a little shop on the estate which had things we needed and is easy to walk to. I had to ask Joel a question and he was very quick to reply, very helpful. He checked in with me after our first night, over messaging, to see if we'd had a good night's sleep, which I thought very kind.

Clean, comfortable and fitted our needs for a pleasant weekend break in Devon.

Location was convenient for Topsham, Exeter and our visit to Newton Abbott races. Joel was friendly and answered queries via the booking.com messaging app in a timely manner. The house was well appointed and comfortable with all the facilities and extras we needed (WiFI worked well). Beds were arranged how we had requested and all 6 adults slept well on them. There was a park nearby to walk the dog and the estate was not busy with traffic over the Easter break. Plenty of pubs and eateries close by the majority of which accommodated dogs.

A dishwasher would have been a useful extra in the kitchen

Home from home

Place was clean, tidy and a home from home, with everything you would need. The host was nothing but fantastic and I would not hesitate to stay here again. A****.

We just couldn't figure out how to get sound from the telly, which was our fault!!! Host couldn't have been better or kinder and came to the property within minutes to sort it out.

Great location for a break to explore Exeter, and the Devon coast.

The property was easy to find, and conveniently located for our stop. The property was a great size for four adults. Some basics provided in kitchen and bathrooms. Outside space is great for relaxing in the evenings.

Being very picky, the property could do with a tidy up here and there. Looking a little tired in paintwork. Tv was a bit awkward, with freesat and a sound bar. Outside space could do with weeding. Nothing that worried us, as we wanted a base for a few days.

a leak was noticed on the morning before checking out from shower on second floor through the fan and into first floor toilet. Have a video but not sure how to share on here .

Amazing !!

Absolute everything, clean, homely, cozy, big, lovely garden, close to everything you could need. The host was also the best I’ve come across so helpful, friendly and really nice to speak to, didn’t feel like a host felt like a friend :)

There was not one thing we didn’t like about the property and we’re already thinking about when to come back and sad to be leaving. I’ve stayed many places and this is up there with the best.
