Great location, and great pub (Mill on the Exe bang next door. Lovely proper bedlinen.
Was a little smaller than expected. Steep stairway to bathroom at top worth considering if you're large! Just one WC. It was graduation week at Exeter Uni so prices were up.

Nice clean quiet location and modern
Parking was way too far away my 80 year old mother could not walk it had to ask the pub next door if we could use their car park which thankfully said yes
Toilet very small so was bathroom which was just a sink and bath with shower inside bath which again my mum could not get into
Need to be young and fit
Also not enough sitting for 4 people only a 3 seater
Had a bean bag for the 4th person ok if your a kid
