It would have been nice to have been told before hand that there was a £30 waiver fee for any damage made or a refundable £250. Also could do with a non slip mat in the bath for when showering. The shower screen has no rubber slip under it so there was so leakage when showering, but it was wiped up straight away though, no issues really.

Surprising amount crammed into a very compact space. Ideal for 3 people or 2 couples just for a couple of nights but would be tight for any more! Good pub food next door
Outside area could have done with a clean and spruce up. No terrestrial Tv channels available Would have been useful to know in advance that parking is a 15 min walk away

Great location, and great pub (Mill on the Exe bang next door. Lovely proper bedlinen.
Was a little smaller than expected. Steep stairway to bathroom at top worth considering if you're large! Just one WC. It was graduation week at Exeter Uni so prices were up.
