Location was good, near my family.

Noisy, doors rattle & bang In bathroom & wardrobe doors bang on radiator in bedroom, & hooks on doors rattle quite annoying. Blinds dont keep out light fully & very dusty. Wasnt the cleanest…fridge door/ microwave/ cupboards in kitchen/ ceiling lights. Garden quite grown & patio not swept in a while. Outside Bins were full to top was asked to put out if at property on a thursday which we were and we did but bin out it was not taken by bin men so had to get it back in a again. Dog next door barking until late.

It was OK for the needs of our stay. We needed a place to sleep for two nights. It was functional enough for this purpose.

The cleanliness of the kitchen utensils was not up to scratch. I had to wash kitchen utensils before using them as they had dried on food stuck to them. Not enough good standard kitchen ware to be able to cook with effectively. Glad we were only staying for 2 nights and not more time. The kitchen ware provided was of the bare minimum standard. The teapot was the best thing in that kitchen! It was all of a very tired standard and could do with updating and improving. There was no tableware for children provided. The paintwork around the house also looked tired and worn. There was no soap provided in the downstairs toilet (it was fine as we used the small bottle of body wash left for us as hand soap, but a small hand soap was provided for the upstairs bathroom so it wouldn’t have been too much trouble to leave another small bar of soap for the downstairs WC). The ironing board was left out and propped up against a wall in an unsecured position in the dining room and we felt this was not a particularly safe place to leave this. The house supposedly caters for up to 6 people to stay (we were a party of 5), but we just felt the house only really catered for 4 at a push. The grass in the garden was too long for our little one to enjoy. All in all we were very underwhelmed by the facilities this house provided.
