Location was great. This simple and clean flat was good value for 5 people. Kene was very responsive and helpful.
The sofa bed was very hard. The shower over the bath leaked at the head and put water over the floor. For 5 people need a slightly bigger table and a fifth dining chair.

Instructions fully explained on the emails, the Host Kene was very helpful with regards to parking. The venue was very well kept and modern, clean, comfortable and central to Exeter town. Highly recommended and thank you.
