Fantastic. Would recommend this property

Location really good. Close to Llandudo. Property was superb for a family holiday. Spacious accommodation. Probably the best we have stayed in.

Microwave was broken. There was a tear in one of the children's duvets. Would have been nice if left a small welcome pack.

Privacy, size of accommodation, good main shower & Netflix/prime available

Pillows were flat & bed could be more comfy. A little paint is needed around the house & a thorough clean of the shower basins.

Property was well maintained, location was just perfect, the views were amazing and everything was in working order. Very spacious place and comfortable for large family or group of friends.

Information wasn’t provided how to access the parking for the property and there was little bit moulding on shower cubicle corners.

The lodge was amazing everything was to the highest quality kitchen bedding towels all the very best lots of room kitchen fab for entertaining as we did for a friends 50th. The views was something else lovely weather nice and warm. All appliances cooker dishwasher washing machine dryer basically home from home would highly recommend to visits absolutely gorgeous.

If anything the steps getting into the lodge was not good rather steep and we though it was more in Llandudno but it wasn’t a problem to be fair lovely little area of wales stunning lovely little old pubs which was nice nice walk to the Chinese which was nice but the walk back up a hill was very tiring but nice all in all not to bad on the negative side well worth the stay thanks

The property is in a suberb location but instructions on finding it were very poor and the very steep unmade access track needs attention. Not everyone would be happy driving up such a difficult incline which is very pitted.

There was shortage of crockery and one of the bedsheets was soiled. These, however, were quickly dealt with by host as soon as he was informed. The access, already mentioned, is not easy.

fabulous house with fantastic view. very comfortable lounge with plenty of space for everyone. lovely kitchen with wine fridge and double oven.

very bumpy drive to access property parking. no welcome book could do with more crockery and glasses. no full length mirror rooms have blinds no curtains so can be very bright in the early morning.

Lovely accommodation, stunning views , would absoloutly recommend!

The lodge is stunning, fantastic views, great location. The lodge is beautifully finished. Plenty of room, the log fire is a wonderful addition. The kitchen is amazing with a large table to enjoy meals together. We would absoloutly love to return.

The driveway is very steep so some warning would be good, we did have trouble getting one of the cars up there but we managed it. The only other thing for us would be that matress toppers be added to the beds to make for a more comfortable night's sleep.

Lovely location, lovely views, spacious Shower off master amazing

No guest book to speak of - parking at rear could be made clearer prior to arrival, subsequently faffed down narrow steps - lights not working on these. Parking entrance some distance away - a shame, we never used, but discovered too late - more than ample parking but what appeared to be a very steep. Incline. Mattress in master really poor / needed replacement Location of thermostat not obvious and could have been pointed out

Nothing to be honest, from the moment we walked in it was amazing, it was a little cold but other than that I fail to complain about anything.
