Great customer service from the owner

We didnt actually get to stay in this property due to an issue with the boiler but the owner contacted us and upgraded us to another one of their properties a few doors down, I can honestly say the communication with the owners was excellent they went above and beyond finding us alternative accommodation which was exceptional to ensure my husbands birthday weekend went ahead as planned, thank you once again will definitely book with you again

Perfectly beautiful

Clean, tidy, comfy beds and a decent shower. Had every thing that we neded for our 3 day stay. Plenty of space for a family of 4 plus a dog. Friendly hosts.

Could do with a long door mat by the front and back doors as bringing a wet dog in can make the floor very dirty…. Other then that it was perfect

Very comfortable and well fitted out property. A lot of options for sleeping with a group of friends. Lovely views of the sea. Good kitchen, well equipped, we cooked our own dinner and breakfast. Good heating system. Good bathroom. Great pub next door!

Limited car parking outside the property but plenty of space just down the road. The kitchen fan was a bit drafty when not running. The steep steps could be a problem for people with any mobility issues but was all fine for us.

Sea views were beautiful from main bedroom. Good location for exploring coast and into Anglesey. Hosts were courteous. Milk and cold water bottles in fridge appreciated. Beds comfortable and quiet at night despite pub next door. Parking always available just need to be a confident parallel parker.

I think the advert needs to be clearer that this property is set across 3 floors with very steep stairs. Outside the bedrooms, there is a very small square metre landing before a very steep flight of stairs. It put us on edge with young kids and made our stay quite stressful. The accommodation wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues and this should be made clearer in the advert. The high chair was unfortunately broken, we were okay with baby in our lap but I think this should have been spotted prior to us arriving as we did choose accommodation on basis of cot and high chair. The cot provided was more a travel play pen and mattress was thin layer of padding on top of cardboard. The hosts were accommodating in sending round a friend with an alternative travel cot but unfortunately it was the same style so we padded out the cot with towels. The hosts would do well to provide more towels for stay as it was pretty much four, one each for 3 night stay. The TV in upstairs front room didn't come with a remote so rendered it unusable for duration of our stay. No hangers in any of the wardrobes. As a previous reviewer has noted, indoor door mats downstairs should be provided as there was no where to wipe our feet when raining as quite awkward otherwise making floor quite dirty in the main living space where kids played. Unfortunately the property did not meet our expectations and we wouldn't stay here again as a young family.

Nice place to stay in Snowdonia.

Beautiful view of the ocean. The host provided useful amenities for our baby and the back yard was safe for the children to play in. The bathroom was updated and fresh.

The traffic noise was noticeable, but seemed to die down after dark.
