Lovely break away with amazing views
The house was very spacious and well kitted out. The kids loved the sheep in the field opposite. There was stair gates which we weren’t expecting which was great with young kids. Comfy beds with nice pillows.
The pictures need updated as the tyre swing is no longer there and kids were disappointed sadly

A few more bits and bobs would have been nice such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll and a few more loo rolls.

Fantastic property and location.
There was no breakfast provided. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kids particularly loved the games room. Location was ideal , not too far from Barmouth and yet still very close to the beach. Other towns were also easily accessible from this point.
Microwave was disfunctional. The oven wasn't cleaned on our our arrival.

Exceptional
Everything was in perfect shape when we arrived at the property. Big enough rooms to accompany all our guests. Very big sitting area and dining area. Had a great time. Just would have liked more toilet tissue rolls and garbage bags. But nevertheless, a brilliant stay.
