The area, the facilities were all to hand, staff were helpful if we needed anything
a couple of the beds felt like they were dipped in the middle, the shower in the main bedroom (with bath) was not as powerful as the other 2.

There was three bathrooms, a wet room, really suitable for a family with our 87 year old Grandma. Very enjoyable and close to Aber and Clarach
The TV didnt work in the bedroom and miss match plates but that is just something I love and being extremely picky! This had everything we needed and more and the park, football goal, hot tub were all great additions
