Great location, really close to the town centre. Kitchen was full of utensils and cooking equipment - had everything you needed.
The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The internet didn’t work - tried ringing for assistance but couldn’t get through to anyone.
Some of the jets in the hot tub weren’t working.
It’s a lovely property with lots of potential, however there are quite a few little touches that need fixing/finishing. Eg doors, windows, damaged furniture.

The space in the living room was excellent it was value for money,
The views were amazing.
The house was nicely decorated for Christmas.
The down stairs bedroom was too hot , the kitchen was a little small for 11.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. The space was warm and inviting. Everything was prepared to ensure comfort and convenience.
I am very disappointed regarding the conduct of your hot tub cleaner during our recent stay.
The cleaner displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by expressing anger about the state of the hot tub and questioning how long we would be staying. While such comments are inappropriate on their own, his behavior took an even more distressing turn when he began imitating my native language in a mocking manner, which came across as blatantly racist. This made my family and me feel deeply unwelcome and uncomfortable.
As paying customers, we expect respectful and professional service, not judgment or discrimination. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.
