Uncomfortable beds and broken headboards, unpleasant smell in living area, tv in bedroom did not work, not plug in kitchen sink so could not wash up, damp rugs, very tired furnishings.

Cheap and practical

Spacious shared spaces, sheets, fridge, kitchen and provided towels seemed clean. Cots were provided without issue

Not very clean - a bit of a hazard for the two toddlers we had with us that played on the floor and we couldn't use the balcony because it was a bit grubby. Never saw staff - the place wasn't locked before we got there and we only knew how to get in because the people staying downstairs told us that the key was inside the property.

Changed apartment from 14 to 10

Arrived at apartment 14 and it hadn't been cleaned or beds changed from the previous guests. Tried ringing the contact number and after leaving several messages and calling several times we had no response,only managed to get in contact with the owners after finding a worker on site . He was very apologetic and helpful and contacted the owners which changed us to apartment 10 .Apartment ten was very spacious and could accommodate more guests , however it was not cleaned to a very high standard with hair in the bathroom and a stain on one of the bedroom curtains.Also there was a big gap in one of the bedroom windows which the wind whistled through. Think most of there properties that they have on site could do with a bit of tlc and deep clean.

Great place to stay, great location friendly staff

The location was excellent, the staff warm and welcoming and the facilities on site excellent. Due to the time of year not all facilities available understandably but i would return to take advantage of them. The location to aberystwyth is great a short drive or in warmer months a lovely walk.we stayed to visit my son at the University and the location in relation to there is perfect views available from the balcony and the site is well maintained. Will definitely return.

I felt this apartment was a little dated compared to other options on site.however it was perfect for our large family party needs 8 of us required 4 rooms. We were offered another facility at time of booking but did need 4 rooms so were happy to accept this. It was clean and well stocked with everything people needed.the views from the balcony were very pretty.

Overall very good facilities and was very clean had loads of towels

Loads of parking, very easy to locate property.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and kitchen cupboards didn’t have space for food items if you were planning to cook or spend a week here.
