Relaxing with a wonderful view.

We Stayed in January. The location was beautiful, with a sea view and of Llandudno pier. The cottage was warm and cosy. Very clean, and thoughtfully laid out. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Perfect dog friendly cosy getaway

It was super clean and just the right size to be cosy but not too cramped. Shower is amazing, bed is comfortable and it has everything you need. Ideally placed for spending time in the area and out of the way enough to be quiet. Lovely break - we will more than likely be back! And doggy friendly!

Accommodation was excellent. Sea view. Very clean and cosy. Bed was comfortable. Owner on hand if needed. We would have liked to stay an extra night, but there was no availability. We will be back again.

Beautiful location and views lovely walks to the sea near by & shops.beautiful cosy homely cottage, peaceful. Well equipped kitchen for cooking ,tv wifi , lovely luxury bedding/bed spacious ensuite bedroom , two beautiful sofa chairs by window in bedroom to see views , heating system easy to use heats up well , will deffo stay again and recommend. close to station e.t.c Staff friendly lovely xxx

Did not match expectations.

The room smelt of stale smoke, someone had clearly been smoking in the main room, there was a cigarette butt on the doorstep. One one was available to greet us and the door was open. We managed to get the heating going as the room thermostat was set at 15 degrees. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was ok. The wardrobe had seen better days., but what really made us cross was the stale smell in the room. We would not return to this facility.

The location was great. A short walk to Llandudno

The property was cozy however we found a few dog bones from previous guests under the sofa which made my dog unsettled and anxious the whole time we stayed there as he could smell the dog that was there before us. As this was a huge problem for us we left a night early. Also the house was very cold as the heating wouldn’t come on even after following the institutions and the flame showing the temperature didn’t change.

Very enjoyable relaxed stay just what we needed for a short break

The accommodation was spotlessly clean. The decko was exceptional, nice quiet location. We enjoyed the owl from the owl sanctuary near by well worth a visit I might add. Andrea the host was very helpful and friendly .

We would have liked a sweeping brush just to clean the dogs hair in room after our small dog, but that's just me

Lovely location, spoiled by the standards of cleanliness

Had to wash a pan and some cooking utensils before I could use them as they had not been washed properly, possibly by the previous people staying. I was out for most of the day both days that I was there, but while I was in the cottage in the late afternoon and evening, I could smell a dog smell. I like dogs but not having one of my own anymore, I could really notice it. I did leave a day early and notified the owner so that she was aware that the cottage was empty. She asked me if anything was wrong and I said that I'd done what I had gone to Llandudno to do and left early because of the dog smell. She apologized but made no further comment. I hadn't intended to say anymore but she then sent me a text message offering me a half price stay if I booked with her. I declined via the booking.com message facility and said that I hoped that she would consider refunding me for the one night. That has been refused and she has become very defensive. I have since looked on different review sites and found similar reviews and comments to mine. Enough said!

A gem of a place

Can't believe we have only just discovered this gem of a place! Peaceful and amazing views from the rooms across to the sea! Clean, very well equipped, fantastic waterfall shower as well as an ordinary one, really comfortable bed! Very easy to check in. Some really nice walks from the building as well - especially with our dog as well. You could walk to the prom or literally 2 mins in the car. This place is a fab way to be 'in Llandudno ' and be close enough to the action but also be away from it!

Come for the views, but careful on the stairs!!

Wonderful views. Easy to park. Comfy sofa. Felt like a pity we only stayed one night, as the kitchen facilities and living room were lovely.

Extremely steep stairs on entrance, very narrow between two walls. Carrying up a suitcase was quite a challenge! Mattress very very soft, uncomfortably so.

Pleasant stay

Clean throughout, very comfortable bed. Milk and biscuits left for us by host. Nice, quiet area with a countryside feel. Good parking. Good communication with host prior to our stay.

The furniture in Stable Cottage was outdated. The rooms were quite dark and the dark purple suite in the living room didn't help, although it was comfortable. The pictures in the bathroom were old and out of place.

Beautiful building in a picturesque and perfectly-located spot.

Wonderful location- beautiful old building tastefully and stylishly furnished, with fantastic sea views over the fields and panoramic vistas along the north promenade. Superb bathroom, with a good shower. Andrea is a very hospitable and responsive owner, and the pricing is very reasonable. It’s a lovely 2-mile walk from the property down to the promenade.

Would benefit from an upgrade to kitchen elements (new mugs and cutlery) but this is no major issue. Stairs are quite steep in the granary cottage which was fine for us, but guests with mobility issues should make sure they ask to be accommodated in one of the more accessible apartments (there are four apartments on site).
