Perfect for small family stay. clean, accessible and nice location.

Host had left details in case of difficulties so felt reassured. did not need to contact as everything was quite accessible and easy to follow. Nice quiet location and suitable for young family to stay.

Only one comment - very clean home however the glass door to kitchen was so clean it was easy to walk into it. Maybe a sticker on the door?

Excellent holiday

The only trouble we had was trying to get the shower warm … it ran really cold or tepid … we tried to move the dial on the shower taps but it wouldn’t go any further into the red . It wasn’t a major problem as it was really warm when we stayed

Loved it! Clean, spacious, and good location.

This is a lovely, clean property with a short distance to colwyn bay (amazing soft sand beach) and Llandudno. The Internet was ok more than good enough for holiday. The rooms are spacious and the garden is perfect for a bbq. The kitchen is perfect for a games night or just socialising. It has a bit of an echo but preferered it without rugs, as this is a dog friendly facility. It was hygienic. It could do with a few more board games 😊

The beds were small. My husband is 6ft1, and his feet were hanging over. Mattresses were a tad soft for our liking, but we were ok with it.

Beautiful location and a clean, and warm property

The property was very well equipped and located for us, close to the shops, the beach and for walks around Little Orme. The hosts were very good too and very helpful when I realised I’d forgotten an item in their freezer. It was also lovely and warm for what turned out to be a bright, though cold week which thankfully stayed dry for most of our stay.

We feel the mattresses and pillows could do with renewing, though all the beds were clean with new sheets.

The bungalow was very clean and warm. All the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location for walking to the beach and a 5 minute drive into Llandudno. Co-op in walking distance and two takeaways

EXCELLENT RESTFUL SHORT BREAK IN A LOVELY BINGALOW

ON ARRIVAL THE FIRST THING WE NOTED WAS HOW CLEAN AND BRIGHT EVERYWHERE WAS, A REAL HOME FROM HOME, A LOVELY MODERN LARGE KITCHEN DINER, WELL FITTED OUT,THREE LARGE BEDROOMS TWO OF WHICH HAD DOUBLE BEDS WHICH WHERE SO VERY COMFORTABLE, A LOVELY BATHROOM WITH A GOOD SIZED SHOWER, A PERFECT ENCLOSED GARDEN WHICH OUR LITTLE DOG LOVED,WILL CERTAINLY BE BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR NOW WE HAVE FOUND SUCH A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY NEAR TO SO MANY PLACES OF INTEREST TO VISIT, THANK YOU TO OUR HOSTS.

Stunning Bungalow

The bungalow is absolutely stunning. It's comfortable, spacious, and clean. The garden is perfectly secure, which is ideal if staying with dogs. There is a bus stop just around the corner with busses running regularly between Rhyll and Llandudno. You can walk into Llandudno in about 50 mins and the other way into Rhos on Sea in about 40 mins.

Absolutely fantastic went for a holiday with family and it's a fabulous place to stay. Lovely and clean and the owners were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go back. We had a brilliant holiday.

Amazing property loved everything about it, think the hosts have done a wonderful job setting it up and organising the house. The kitchen is perfect and i loved the feel of us all being able to sit together for meals and still having lots of room and definitely don't feel on top of each other. The home was spotless and we didn't have to clean anything once we arrived so Perfect!!! I can honestly say we all loved it even the dogs who enjoyed being able to go in the garden and be safe. Will be booking to stay here again.

Clean, comfy, excellent location

Fabulous location. Close to Llandudno for the amusements, but also close to quiet headland and beaches. We were lucky enough to be there at seal pupping season and saw some amazing sights. We were there for the Llandudno fireworks as well, which were fantastic. Just get there early for parking (or get the bus from near the house)

Overall we did enjoyed our stay the only problem was with one of the beds as mentioned above

The provision of milk tea coffee and biscuits was very welcome and gave us time to have refreshments after our journey.

Whilst one guest was fine with their bed the other guest did not sleep at all well due to the low and extremely soft bed as she suffers from on going back problems

Everthhing it was like home from home beds were so comfy my litttle dog loved it chinise up the road and fish and chips the other way what more could you ask for
