Lovely home and clean. The host was great with communication. Really good location shops and beach are minutes away.

We knew there was 1 bathroom would have been great to have another just to make things easier. Also it was pretty noisy outside

The hells angels house 2 doors away- although they seemed friendly, they monopolised the whole street for parking over our 4 day stay. Woken 2-3am with the raving of motorbikes as they left the party. The description for the property never mentioned this - it’s a regular weekly event! Also the description for the bathroom wasn’t clear that there was only one bathroom over 3 floors and insufficient for 12 guests trying to shower and use the loo! There should be clear information stating this! There’s enough space to accommodate at least a downstairs loo and an en-suite on the top floor and a twin bed option. Dining and sofa areas not enough seating for 12 guests to socialise.

Beautiful house, definitely plan on returning

Beautiful house in a great location. Perfect base for our family to explore from. Property was clean and Ryan gave plenty of information before arrival.

On street parking can be a little tricky but the car park is a stones throw away so not a major issue. Took a few hours for us to realise that the reason we weren’t getting any hot water is because the hot water runs from the cold taps and cold water from the hot taps. Again, not an issue once you realise! Only thing the property could really do with is another toilet but, we knew there was only one before arriving so were prepared, and appreciate that it isn’t an easy fix

The house was very spacious and clean. It was like being in your own home, very comfortable and clean.

The property was perfect for a party of 4-6. It had everything needed for long or short stay.

The neighbours were a bit noisy with their bikes but only a problem in the morning.

Nice enough house, had a pleasant enough stay but wouldn’t return

Very modern inside nice aesthetic vibe

Some things where not functional, the front door didn’t open once locked inside took a while, dangerous if there was an incident if we needed to get out in a rush, not many forks for the amount of us there, no sprays or anything to clean round after you have cooked and the biggest problem only one bathroom with a group of 8 is not good enough as we where queuing like we where is the Wetherspoons

Large extremely spacious, comfortable house

Great location, close to all amenities, including beautiful walk along the bay. Large extremely spacious house, comfortable beds. Kitchen was mainly well equipped, some tweaks needed but not much.

The street had a lot of litter on it and we came back at 5pm on the Saturday, after being out for the day, to a McDonald's drink and burger carton thrown a long the path. Very strange! There was a sign to say please shut the gate, but because of the stoney front area we couldn't shut the gate, would this have happened if the gate was shut..... who knows! This didn't spoil our stay though, just found it a bizarre thing for someone to do especially during the day. A few things needed we thought: more mugs, wine and pint glasses/some coat hooks in the large hall way area/a tall lamp behind the sofa in the lounge as even with the lighting round the TV it's a bit dark (main lights too bright for evening)/ larger towels needed really.

The property was clean.

Horrific location and definitely not family friendly. Two doors down from a noisy biker community with skull and crossbones on their windows Bikers leaving noisily all night until 3am. Definitely not luxurious.

We had a good stay whilst my son made a wedding cake for my daughter.

I booked the house for the sole purpose of my son making a wedding cake for my daughter's wedding in Wales. When I booked, I asked about the make and model of the oven but didn't receive the details. We managed to work it out in the end after the first failed bake, but ultimately, he made a wonderful cake for his sister's special day while accommodating 10 of the family close to the wedding venue. The house is clean and modern with large tv screens in most of the rooms. We did ok with parking at one time there were 5 cars but we managed to only pay for parking for 1 of them. The host offered to pay for the parking which was nice.

Whilst the property could sleep 11, it didn't have the facilities for 11. Catering was a struggle. We had to go to Morrisons to buy trays and dishes that would accommodate that number as the house didn't have anything suitable for that number of people. There was an iron, but we couldn't find an ironing board. The bathroom was huge but it was the only one in the house.
