The room was fantastic and well maintained, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast we were served was one of the best meals we had in Sri Lanka.
Although very centrally located, the property was up a steep hill. Effort to climb up at the end of a tiring day.

Beautiful setting in a lovely garden, helpful hosts

The homestay is tucked away in the perfect remote location, surrounded by beautiful trees and lush greenery. The host is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the two super-cute, friendly dogs added so much charm to the property. If you’re looking for a quieter, homely stay away from the usual touristy vibe, I’d 100% recommend this place. The host was very polite and the cottage was absolutely spotless.
The room lacks storage and space. There was not enough space for unpacking and movement inside the room.

Owners were friendly and helpful
Toilet leaked (soil pipe waste water) and it was not the fresh water inlet. Damp wall by sink and black mould in bathroom- needs upper window changed to part permanent ventilated Louvre window with fly screen plus electric extractor fan
