Good stay in great location

Location great - window opened on to the beach with views of castle. Front door opened on twisty streets of old town. Kitchen adequately equipped. Room spacious and aircon good. Two beaches walkable each with great views of town as you swam.

There was a bit of delay in host arriving to meet us, and directions weren't good enough to be sure we were in the right place. More hassle than needed after a really long journey.

would recommend ocean view if you are staying here. i truly believe this place was the reason why i loved budva so much. perfect location in old town. was given a bottle of wine on arrival and was helped immediately by staff when i had an issue with the key. would highly recommend.

Good value to money and great location

Apartment was clean and very good. Location was excellent! If you came with car, parking is hard to find and it is guite expensive in Budva Old town. Host was very helpful and answer quite fast if I asked something. Beach was great and clear water, I recomented to use right side beaches, they are great!

Location has pro's and con's

The location was amazing for all the Old Town has to offer, it is extremely central, which is great and right next to the beach with a balcony to sit out on, which is a great bonus. It was clean, living room furniture is a bit dated, and I think more could be done with living room space in the apt we stayed in.

Due to how central it is, it is extremely noisy, with people drinking and shouting outside the front bedroom window till the early hours of the morning. This is not a location to choose if want quiet in the evening as you won't get it until about 2am when people seem to disperse. I think the description of the property should describe this situation clearly so people are aware of it when they book it. The rules of quiet time being after 11pm do not seem to be applied that we saw.

For a short stay it is very good

Location was very central although a little noisy being in the centre of the old town but to an acceptable level. the Balcony overlooking the beach was lovely. The kitchen/dining/sitting room was all provided but lack the comfort of a lounge.

The apartment is on the top floor, so being able to climb stairs is essential to the 4th floor.

The Luxory

The studio has an ocean view with the most beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and parts of the old town wall. It‘s so peaceful in evening and at night with the waves on the beach below.

Generally a pleasant experience

The place is nice and on a perfect location. Terrace is big and looks at the see. See is so close that you feel that you could jump right into it. Hosts are really pleasant and helpful.

Furniture looks, feels and SOUNDS really cheep and old, even though it obviously isn't. We got the baby crib, which is cool, but crib itself was really dirty. It did have a set of clean sheets, but baby, as every baby, want's to stand and bite/lick the edges, which were really not clean. Crib even had some food stains on it. In my opinion having a travel crib for rental places is not a good idea for the sanitary reasons, since they are in 99% of cases made of cloth. Crib was actually the reason that mainly affected my Cleanliness mark. It is close to the restaurants so it could get a bit loud, but if you close the windows you are able to sleep.

Apartment had a beautiful view of the ocean and is in a very prime location right in the old town of Budva. The staff there was very kind, they allowed us to checkout a little later and even printed out our bus tickets for us! Overall a fantastic experience.

The location was absolutely perfect and the staff is kind and very helpful.

The door was incredibly difficult to work. It kept getting stuck and I didn’t like that we had to unlock ourselves with the key from the inside. Loud music plays downstairs until 1:00am every night. Beds/pillows are not comfortable.

Best location for exploring the old town and directly on the beach

The location in Old Town Budva is just perfect. When you open the window you can look directly on the beach. There are nice restaurants nearby, the beach is only a 2 mins walk away. The furnishing of the apartment is rather old and not modern, but overall we really liked it and cannot imagine a better place to stay in Budva.

It can be very noisy at night due to the wine bar next door.

Fab mini break in a stunning city!

Location was excellent, right in the centre of Old Town. Close to little shops and restaurants and right on the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly, also very quick to respond to messages. Transfers were arranged with no issues. We felt well looked after.

The view was amazing & fantastic location - within the old town and stunning views of the beach and sunset. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The space was clean and facilities worked well.

Beds weren’t the comfiest and the space was a little small for three people. Sheets instead of a quilt would have been good as well. These are just minor details though. Overall it was a beautiful apartment.

Amazing location and very clean!

The shower drain would get blocked so we had to turn the water off multiple times while showering so it wouldn't overflow and there wasn't a proper holder for the shower hose so we had to hold it. It was very noisy especially on the weekend as there is a bar below the hotel.
