First stay in Budva

Location and Convenience for Old town and the beaches and shopping, didn't have a car this time but I'm sure it would be okay for parking and there's a security barrier at the bottom of a slight hill which you would drive through so very safe.

Probably the biggest problem for us and this accommodation isn't the only time we've come across it,is that in the kitchen there is only two of everything, ie, two cups,two glasses,two plates two folks, two knives etc etc. It means you can prepare food for a meal but then have to wash utensils before you can eat it, please please consider supplying more for your guests it's not a great expense and your guests would appreciate it I'm sure.

Location is excellent, staff is very pleasant and helpful. Apartment well equipped and clean.

Even though our overall experience was good and we would come back here, there are a few things that could be improved. The lighting in the appartment on the first floor was weak, especially in the bathroom, dark tiles and some blue light, it was really dark. Parking was provided but not enough parking slots for all guests so sometimes you are bloked and staff needs to take your car keys to be able to move the cars.

From the very first moment, everything exceeded our expectations. Although check-in was officially at 2 PM, the staff graciously allowed us to check in at 11 AM, which set the tone for a truly exceptional stay. The receptionists welcomed us not just with professionalism, but with warmth and sincerity that made us feel like we had arrived not at a hotel, but into the embrace of family. In fact, it’s no exaggeration to say that even our own family might not have welcomed us with such genuine care. Our room was spotless — meticulously cleaned every single day, with fresh towels and bathrobes that gave us the comforting feeling of being at home. The property offered thoughtful details that went beyond expectations, things you wouldn’t normally find, all contributing to a deeply relaxing and luxurious experience. Despite being located right in the heart of Budva, just a stone’s throw from the Old Town, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. A true sanctuary in the center of the city.

Location is awesome. It is spacious, well organised and clean. Sound isolation is great so we could sleep despite the carnival taking place a hundred meters away. Hosts are kind and available and very forthcoming.

Excellent location at the entrance to the old town, clean and spacious apartment, the whole apartment building was very clean.

If you come by your own car, the navigation will direct you to another apartment building. There is no sign of the apartment building from the main street.

Love it! Amazing place with everything you will need.

The apartment was immaculate clean everything was of a high standard. The photos don’t give the apartment justice as it’s no much nicer. Honestly you won’t regret it. It’s right in the centre Stari grad, beach and other leisure’s. it has a lift also car park is available for a fee of 10 euros. Great place and I will definitely come back.

parking can be a little tricky. the road to the apartment is a dead end to a parking lot on the left. if the lot is full, traffic is backed up with cars waiting for a parking spot to open. you can’t go anywhere. at the end, don’t turn left into the lot. instead, turn right and go to the gate with a guard. tell him you’re staying at the M. basement parking is tight. balcony looks at a wall.

Everything really. Beds were really comfortable, location couldn't be any better for beaches, old town and beachfront restaurants. Check-in was easy and we arrived 4 hours early, one apartment was ready so we dropped everything off there and headed to the beach. The receptionist even guided us to the beach which was a big bonus.

Slightly complicated having limited gate keys, the security gate gets locked at 2300. Only 1 key per apartment meant if we wanted to do different things during the evening we had to ensure we each had a key. Very minor but all I can really think of.
