Top place

Very spacious, light and quiet place. Great facilities for making snacks coffee etc. Very comfortable bed, great shower and tons of hot water. A cosy and warm apartment with stylish design in the heart of Budva. Bear in mind there are in addition to the lift, a possible 20 steps to take. I would highly recommend a stay here, great value.

A lovely spacious apartment centrally located. Very close to all amenities, bars, nightclubs etc

The bedding could have been better on the convertible sofa. Balcony didn't offer much of a view due to extensive building development in the area, i think the top floor apartments would be better.

Great location, clean apartment however maintenance issues need to be addressed.

Great location within easy walking distance to the old town and waterfront promenade. Apartment was clean and there was plenty of space for two people. A supermarket is across the road and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

We stayed in a studio room which is on the top floor with an outside seating area and were not aware there is no lift in the building. If you are travelling with large suitcases there are 4 levels of stairs to navigate. The safety deposit box did not work and was so small anyway that only passports or money would fit, with no room for a laptop. The Wi-Fi was very inconsistent and nonexistent on a day that it rained. There was only 1 mirror, which was in the bathroom and the downlights above it did not work. All these things were raised with the person who gave us the keys.

A very comfortable apartment with exceptional terrace.

The terrace was amazing - lots of space and sun loungers. An outside dining table would have been even better. The apartment had everything we needed but we ate out every night. A lack of an oven and microwave may be an issue for some people. Bed very comfortable and shower and hot water great. The host was great and gave us lots of great information.

Unfortunately Budva was a disappointment to us oldies. Apartment very central - great for those wanting nightlife. We found it noisy on the terrace - traffic. However apartment was well soundproofed which was a bonus with nearby bars and nightclubs. However Budva has great links to less populated places and cheap bus travel which enabled us to visit some wonderful places and enjoy Montenegro.

Best location in Budva

The location is very central to most all to be experienced in Budva. Vladan, your host is the best. He will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The view from our top floor apartment is great although sadly the time will come years in the future when it is built out SO go there asap. The apartment has been designed to block all light and outside sound so a good night's sleep can be had. Parking is amazing if you have a car. A electric wrought iron gate keeps it safe. The restaurant down stairs is great for coffee and eggs for breakfast. As we were travelling for some time the washing machine was fantastic.

The disco in the basement of the building. Very light sleepers may detect the base sounds from the music. I agree with one of the other guests a small microwave would be great.

The apartment was lovely, the owner was really good at communication and very helpful with anything we needed. The apt is in a great location and view close to the sea and old town with more than enough room in the apartment for multiple people to relax. Would highly recommend.

On our last night (Friday) the nightclub downstairs opened again and made sleeping a little difficult.

Dirty floor. We had to wash it ourselves. Looks like it had been washed long before our arrival. Also to get into the elevator, you need to climb a steep staircase. It's inconvenient with a baby stroller

Good place to base in Kotor

Great terrace, apartment few minutes away from bakery and grovery shop, 15 min walk to old town. Great views, parking available. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Beds could be more comfortable, boiler with hot water could be bigger. Sometimes other cars block the exit of the parking and it can be hard to go in or out, this is not accomodations fault but maybe something can be done

Perfect apartament located on the rooftop of a new building in the city center. Has huge balcony with great view and comfortable furniture. Very close to beach and everything is within walking distance. Inside everything is new and very clean. Host is extremally friendly and helpful always available to help

The location was great- near beaches and old town. The apartment was clean, and a bed was comfortable. Host also provided us with the transfer from Podgorica and kindly sent instructions for attractions in Budva.

The worst thing was music from the club on the first floor every night from 11 PM till 4 AM. I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. There also were ants in the room, bathroom, and in the kitchen. the internet connection was not stable enough for work, but should be fine for just leisure.

Location is excellent, near everything; just make plans and enjoy what Budva has to offer. The apartment was spotless clean, sound proof. We really enjoy our staying. The balcony has a nice view, for the moment there is some building constructions in front of the apartment but this did not impede us to spend our evenings gracefully . The host was correct and polite.
