A nice studio. Will stay again.

Nikola is a great host, she is responsive, always there to help/answer your questions. I literally booked the studio the last minute, yet Nikola contacted me really quickly and everything went out smoothly. We communicated via text messages in English. The check-in process is simple, you receive a detailed text and video instruction on how to get to your studio. The studio is spacious and neatly organized for a short/mid stay. The bed is really comfortable (I like matrasses that are not soft, and the one here is not soft). The kitchen module has everything I needed: utensils and tableware to prepare and serve basic meals. The bathroom is well maintained and was pleasant to use, especially I liked that the water pressure was good. The location is good: near the beach, next to a large supermarket (and a local market), a short walk from the Old Town. I stayed in December and it was pretty warm in the studio even on colder days. Overall I really liked my time at this studio and would stay here again. Many thanks to the owner!

Great location at the centre of Budva with access to the beach, The Old Town, numerous restaurants and shopping centres within a walking distance. The host, Nicola and Stefana were very welcoming and super helpful with airport transfers and everything else I needed. The property is very clean, neat environment, beautiful view of the iconic mountains and city straight from the balcony. Would definitely comeback to this place if I am to visit Budva again!. This is great value for money as the luxury superseded the cost. I will give this a 10/10.

The only downside is there is no microwave on the property but the host, Nicola, explained that it has been prohibited due to fire incidents some years ago.

Lovely apartment with good location

The apartment was clean and spacious. It's on excellent location near the shops, restaurants and Budva beaches and the old town. The hostess Stefana was really helpful and friendly. Budva itself is a bit building site at the moment and lot of rubbish on beaches. We took bus to Petrovac which was nice and calm little village.

Toaster and small dining table with chairs would be nice.

Great location above a mall with grocery store below. Close walk to everything. We had a small issue with the AC but it was rectified very quickly. Room was perfect - we used the balcony multiple times to enjoy snacks and wine.

Perfect location, spotless spacious room, and the most wonderful host Stefena who made our stay unforgettable!

This was truly the perfect stay in Budva! The location couldn’t be better – just steps from the Old Town, the beach, and the city center, yet quiet and safe. Our room was huge, spotless, and had everything we needed. The real highlight was Stefena – professional, kind, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. She made everything easy, from check-in to check-out, and was the biggest reason our holiday was so smooth.

The only small downsides were waking up one morning because someone ignored the rules and smoked in their room, which set off the alarm (unfortunately without English instructions, which was a bit stressful).

So noisy…

This could actually be a nice place if it wasn’t for the really cheaply isolated windows, every time a loud motorcycle drives past you wake up. When I asked the owner to leave one day early because of it she refused to reimburse me the last day.

Best studio in Budva unlocked

Appartment was amazing, new, spacious, with comfortable two big separate beds which was so hard to find. Location is close to all attractions, plenty of restaurants, beaches and beautiful old town. And separate big thank you to Stefana, who was super kind and shared so many tips and best locations to visit and was super kind to organize transfer for us. Highly recommend this studio 🩵

Amazing host! We booked last minute at around 8pm and she showed up very quickly to accommodate us. Was super friendly and helpful. The place was amazing, spacious, all the amenities you need are there. 10/10, we'll definitely book again when we come back to Budva.

Amazing location, very central, close to the beach and local supermarkets, but not loud during the nights. Nice, clean and cozy rooms with a solid touch of high end feeling to it. Very friendly and helpful host who truly cares about his guests comfort and pleasant stay. A lot of value for the money! We are very happy to have chosen Condo Studio Plazza, and will definitely go back to the place again at next opportunity 😁

Aswesome room, top location and hosts

Awesome room - very large, extra tall ceilings and beautiful furniture & ambient. The balcony is also large and convenient. The location and hosts are top. They were very helpful with everything - from calling taxis to reccomending us restaurants, clubs and beaches. We’ve been in Budva a couple of times now and this was our favourite experience. Will definitly choose this appartmant again.

Superb

Spacious shower with flor heating and additional head with big water pressure. Very big room. Big bed. Table which can be used for job. Kitchen is equipped with minimal set of cooking stuff. Also i was checked in at 12:00, it is earlier 2 hours than declared time.

There is only one chair in room. But i took one from the terrassa.

This brand new and modern apartment surpassed all our expectations, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. It is one of those rare places that looks even better than in the property photos. Even though the apartment is located in the centre, it is very quiet and has great soundproofing. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable throughout the entire unit. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The spacious bathroom and shower had excellent water pressure and came with designer toiletries, adding another touch of luxury to our stay. The overall experience was flawless, with attentive hosts, Nikola and Stefana providing personalized service throughout. We have stayed at some of the best hotels in Budva, but this was by far our favourite stay! We can't wait to return.

-Transfer was in time, 30 euro from Tivat -Room has a lot of free space -Personal was very kind and nice -Internet is really cool, BUT because we took our wifi router and plugged it to Ethernet output points in the room.

-We booked apartments, but decided to pay cash once arrived, so suddenly the price was increased on plus 100 EUR!! What a robbery! -No microwaves in rooms at all.

First of all, Nikola is a great host. She showed up on time, gave a great information about the studio and the city as well. The room was extremely clean. It is located very centrally. Next time, I will not look for somewhere else to stay. I was staying in Old Town, and it is really noisy. The room has a balcony. If you do no t want to go out, just have a drink and watch the city passing by.
