Decent enough place, somewhat spoiled by dreadful experience finding it & host not responding.

Spacious and very clean. Great non slip tiles in bathroom. Very close to many supermarkets. Easy walking distance to the old town. Lovely harbourside walking. Quiet at night, a little bit of usual noises daytimes. Easy walking distance to the bus station. Decent balcony. Nice views of the mountains.

Cutlery wasn't great. One teaspoon, no chopping board, (we didn't want to damage the worktop so used a plate) sharp knives would struggle to cut water!. None of the apartment gets any sun at all. Directions for finding the place were dreadful. We were given the street name but nothing else! I sent several messages to the host asking for a house number or building name, anything at all. There was no response. We called in a Tourist Office and got them to phone the host. We were told he was there & would wait for us. By using Google and photos we got to outside the building. Nothing at all shows "Seaside Restaurant Apartments" on any building!. It cost us around 10 euros to phone him. To be fair he came in a few minutes, but he was meant to be waiting for us !. In 50+ years of travelling virtually all parts of the world these were the worst and most inadequate directions ever. It took 1 hour & 10 minutes for a gentle 15 minute stroll. Yo rub salt into the wound, I got a reply to my request for directions several hours after we checked in.

Greta value for money, easy to get around town

The apartment was located in the center of town. It's very easy to walk around such as the beach, shops, and the old town. We had to message the owner and he met us at the entrance of the building. We were not sure where it was at first since it was at the back.

Nice place to explore Budva

Location is great. The apartment is excelent. Has everythin that you need. New and modern furniture. Modern and equped kichen. You can park your car very close. There is a parking near enterance for 15 euros per day. Old town is close on 5-10 minutes walking distance. Excelent location. Apartment with terace is on first floor.

Location perfect. The apartments are very spacious and have all the necessary equipment. You can see the sea from the balcony and from the windows of the rooms. Really good option, I recommend it.

The agent was very nice and polite, and kept good communication during our stay. It was clean and everything was close such as stores, restaurants,etc…They also offered airport shuttle when we needed one!

everything lowest floor so you will enjoy construction view even if you pay more and more for sea view, no cleaning (one time in 9 days and they only came to change the bed sheet! low quality of everything, unprofessional staff I will never deal with them again also take care their check out 10:00 am

Great location, plenty of space but lacksome service

Great location and spacious. Well equipped for a few days stay. Very nice that it was on the 1st floor so quick access.

Extremely loud neighbours and sometimes people are shouting outside and trying to get into the building at 2AM. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the sheets of low quality. No replacement for anything in during our 4 day stay - no new towels, no extra toilet paper, no cleaning or taking out the trash. Cannot call it a serviced apartment.

Beautiful spacious apartments

- the apts are new and well equipped: bathroom facilities are new and nice; there are many plates and cutleries in the kitchen. - the apts are close to the sea and the city center - great big terrace with a nice city view

- it was so poorly cleaned: the dining table was covered with crumbs and cigarettes ash, housekeepers didn't clean it at all. The floor wasn't swept and mopped. Furniture surfaces were dusty. Blankets didn't look fresh as well as pillowcases.. - the door provides little soundproofing: I was woken up in the morning by housekeepers outside my door and other neighbors walking and talking. - pls indicate your address or directions so that guests don't have to call you and can find you on their own.

The matrass was horrible,and the host not so pleasant,they wanted money like straight away ,we didnt have Euros ,so said can we give in British pounds,or we can change and give when you will pick up the keys at the end.It was totally NO!We want it now so i been so tired with my family i had to go to the bank and take out cash.And i had to change 20Euros in the shop aswell ,because she wanted 40 cents aswell,i could leave her a tip in the apartment more,if would be great host! So wont suggest this place,you will break all your great mood of holiday!
