Great people from office. Location and spacious apartment.

Renovation needed. Stains on couch. Literally broken couch. Bad bug in couch. Kitchen sink doesn’t work properly, so you might have unplanned shower at sink. Kitchen hood doesn’t work. Water temperature is barely above cold. For six days stay I didn’t reach hot water in shower, just kind of warm. Shower howls. Cable TV didn’t work. Pillows are really poor. Bed mattress is old. Construction work all around.

Location

Apartment is literally in the moddle of construction area. There are builfings that are bring built left and right, workers working in the 3 shifts! It was noisy all the time, so we could use our terrace the way we wanted to. This is the only reason why we book tje place. To enjoy great view in peace. The photos are outdated, construction is nowhere to be mentioned. The staff was helpfull tough, but I wouldn recommend the stay

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, close to the beaches, restaurants, and Old Town. Has AC in the bedroom as well as the living room! Good view, nice balcony and windows. Nice big cooktop and fridge with dishwasher. Nice big shower.

The mattress springs are a bit uncomfortable, but I used an extra blanket and it was ok.

Nice appartment with great hosts - currently strongly impacted by surrounding construction

The host and his team were all very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and generally nice.

There are two major construction sites of hotels in direct proximity with the noise and “charms” that comes with. If I would have known that I would have clearly not chosen the place. It is of course nothing the apartment can do sth about but still a critical point for guests The staff at the connected (property listed) indoor pool located in the hotel Tre Cannes was impressively rude. I barely witnessed such unprofessional behavior in the hospitality sector. Again, this is not the host/ apartment team directly but still part of the offer/ facilities listed on booking.com

The stay was great, we would stay again.

It was conveniently located and you can walk to everything close to old town.

The pictures for the inside of the apartment are pretty accurate, the views are not. Those pictures of the view were most likely taken a while ago as there are several new building going up and you can only see part of Old Town to the right as there is a new building blocking the view. There is also a building to the left blocking views. You can see the water straight ahead which was nice.

I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The location

I would NOT recommend this hotel. The photos on the website do not show how run down the room is. The light fitting in the bedroom is hanging on by a thread, the guests before us had apparently broken the washing machine, one of the windows was held together by sticky tape. One of the TV's didn't work. When I asked for another room, I was told there wasn't one available, which I understand however, they offered us 2 free drinks each per day for the duration of our stay at the pool. When we asked for drinks on the second day, we were told they had been told that morning the free drinks were for only one day. When I asked if the pool area at least looked like the photos they said definitely. It looked like the photos however, the spa doesn't work. Very dissatisfied. I have added just a few photos.

Loved every minute of our stay. Fantastic location, delicious food & great atmosphere!

Perfect location, right near the beach. Approximately 1km from old town Budva. Lots of shops, bars & restaurants all within walking distance.

If I had to say anything negative it would be that we had a higher floor apartment as we were on level 2. The view would have been better!

Great stay

I really enjoyed my time at Apartments Menuet. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful sea view. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax, and having access to an underground garage was super convenient. It’s also pet-friendly, which made things so much easier for me. The location is quiet and peaceful, about a 20–30 minute walk from the Old Town, which I didn’t mind at all—it was a nice walk. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d happily come back!

Good for resting your head, but wouldn't go back.

The property was in a good location, walkable distance to the old town/restaurants/bars.

The photos didn't reflect real life, there were 2 major construction works right outside our apartment, which blocked the view, which were not shown or stated on the bookings. Very noisy. The pool was not filled, which we again were not told about. Some of the cutlery/plates were abit dirty.

The pool’s access was expensive and for the money paid was lacking in facilities. No sauna on the first day, no towels provided as they had run out. No hot water, jacuzzi not working … we understood from the apartment managers that they had no direct control over the pool / spa facilities from the hotel

The pool area was lovely and was €20 euros each the rooftop bar and restaurant were perfect with great views and a good choice of food and drinks, the hotel was so close to everything and the apartment/room was absolutely huge with a balcony

The customer service is really good. They are friendly and supportive.

The cleanliness of the apartment was below expectations. Be aware that access to the pool comes at an additional cost—despite the pictures that might suggest otherwise, it is not included in the stay. The bathroom doors were visibly damaged due to prolonged exposure to shower water. Additionally, the apartment lacks a washing machine and microwave, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. The pillows provided were uncomfortable, and the duvet was neither king-size nor even a proper double, making it difficult for the two of us to sleep comfortably. The only positives were the location and the helpful front office support team. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're visiting Budva—you can definitely find better options for this price.

Location, parking, cleaning every day

Be careful!!! The apartment is tired, it could at least be a little freshened up. The sea view does not match the photo, we were shocked, there are a lot of construction sites and an old market nearby, noise from the construction 24/7, is it really impossible to attach real photos? It's as if they are trying to deceive us by saying there is a swimming pool, which is actually paid, why write that the apartments have a swimming pool, how are we supposed to understand that it has nothing to do with the apartments??? We, like fools, came in bathing suits and were told 40 €, it was unpleasant. They closed the front door downstairs because of the ??? wind???, because of this you will be leaving the house for 10 minutes, because you have to go down to the parking lot on the minus first floor and get out in a strange way, and it is generally terrible to do this with a stroller. It is obvious that no one cares about the residential complex, the door in the neighboring entrance creaks so much that the whole neighborhood wakes up from this creaking, a terrible sound. The bed linen was changed once in 2 weeks!!!!

More than enjoyable experience. Lovely pool on the 9th floor.

Sasha, the host had perfect timing. He was waiting for us to take us to the apartment. He was extremely kind and helpful, showed us how things worked in the flat and hotel and also gave us some tips as to where to find what we might need.

The living room could do with a small lamp to be used as "bedside" lamp. The breakfast at the hotel was optional, we took it but I didn´t quite enjoy it. (poor coffee and limited variety of food choices)

Very cost-effective

The location is very good. The bus station is within a ten-minute walk, and the bus stop to Sveti Stefan Island is next to it. It is next to a five-star hotel, and you can enjoy the hotel's restaurant and other services at a discounted price. The facilities are very complete and new, and the sofa bed in the living room is not uncomfortable，have individually packaged toiletries The balcony has a view of the sea, and the view is super good. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the ancient city. The management is very enthusiastic and humorous. They are very nice.
