If I could rate this stay a 20, I would

This stay was truly incredible. The photos do not even compare to how stunning the view is from the terrace and our room. We had beautiful balconies, it was incredibly clean, comfortable and the perfect amount of space. The host even helped with taxi recommendations so we didn't get cheated with fairs from the train station (Happy taxi is 10/10).

Do be aware, this sits on the very top of a very steep and very large hill. We definitely got a workout in and chose to walk, if you are driving it can be tight turns so just a note. But walking, taxi, or driving I would stay here everytime I am in Budva without a second thought.

Would definitely recommend having your own transport for this location, as two active young people, we struggled to make it to the accommodation by foot & it often difficult to get taxis for the appropriate price

Comfortable stay - great views.

Incredible views and really friendly, helpful staff.

Our room wasn’t fantastic - very basic. Smelt a little strange and the toilet was broken as it leaked every time we flushed it. Be prepared for an incredibly steep hill to get up to it which can be tricky in the heat.

Friendly host, incredible views/peace. Small improvement needed

The view from this property is incredible. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious room/ balcony. Don’t underestimate the walk up the hill though - we did it with our hold luggage and were on the verge of calling the Red Cross! We were aware of this beforehand though and were happy for the trade off for the view and peace away from the bustle. Ask for taxi numbers ahead and you can WhatsApp one up from the town centre for €5. DO NOT just get a taxi from the street (or airport) or you will get ripped off

There were no curtains in our room and it gets light very early. Generators running outside meant we couldn’t open the windows either. So unfortunately we slept quite badly throughout our stay

Incredible!

Just amazing from start to finish! Host booked a taxi on our behalf for when we arrived. All taken care of. Check in was easy and the room was lovely and clean, showed to our room by the owners very cute dog ❤️ the view… wow! Out of this world. Budva offers everything! It’s around a 15 min walk down the hill into Budva, we did walk back up most days, but the walk is steep and so we did require a taxi some days. The walk is so worth it! Best view we have ever had! This accommodation is well worth the money and we would definitely book again! Thank you for a lovely stay 🥰

Super room with an amazing view

Superb location on the top of a hill, the balcony is very cozy with a great view of all of budva. the rooms in general are very well equipped and nice.

Not really a bad thing since the view makes it more than worth it. But it is on a very steep hill. We walked up it every time except for when arriving with our luggage.

Birthday getaway to Budva !

The villa is exceptional - the location, the view, the bedroom. Clean, has everything you need (a fridge, even a small stove if you like to cook), shower, clean towels. There is nothing we have missed during our stay! On our first day - weather was slightly stormy and windy. We already had several blankets in the bedroom, but the host has brought us one more just to be safe and warm. Such attentiveness and care - true Montenegrin hospitality ❤️

Perfect stay.

Very nice and spacious room with kitchenette and an amazing balcony with views of the old city of Budva. Helena was a perfect host. Recommend it for everyone that wants to enjoy Budva without staying in the more hectic and loud centre.

Amazing views of Budva from above

Great stay, breathtaking views and friendly host. As others have written, the windy road is quite steep (45 degree angle) and going down is doable but going up is a big challenge. Luckily the host provided us with a reliable taxi company “Extra” that took us up for €3-4. Functional kitchenette, when you don’t feel like going down to to town to eat.

The shower is a little outdated and it’s easy to splash water around, even when you are careful.

Great view but room for improvement in terms of hospitality

The view from the balcony is astonishing and the lady of the house was very pleasant

Relative to the price the furniture as well as the bathroom installations were quite shabby (e.g. rusty tap, holes in the blanket). In particular the disrespectful behavior of the landlord is sth. which should be improved as a host (we accidentally opened a door within our own apartment which we weren‘t supposed to - that resulted in a quite impolite reaction) The road leading to the spot is steep and narrow at the same time which makes it difficult to climb up for less experienced drivers or for large cars.

Very nice, helpful and smiley owner. Excelent budva view from the balcony. Clean and tidy room. You can find any kitchen tools to cook and have dinner in the room.

Awesome location. Very close to old town. But if you dont have a car and want to arrive to the hotel on foot you should climb the long ramp.

Perfect view!

The best was the view, just gourgeos! But the way from the old town to the apartment was so hard (like hiking everyday), so I dont recommend this apartment to those who are in bad shape or just prefer to stay in close center near the beaches. The owner is so nice and helpful, I really love her! The apartment itself was big enough for 2, clean, maybe a little in old style, bur still very comfy.

Magnificent

The view is amazing, it's such a blessing to start and end your days on a balcony with a view like that. Also the appartment hosts are very helpful and kind people. And the nearest beaches are the best in Budva (Mogren I and II). In addition I think the pathway from appartment to the oldtown/beach is very beautiful.

I liked everything, but walking uphill to the appartment is hard so you have to be ready for it.

Schöne Unterkunft mit zauberhaften Ausblick

Es ist ein sehr steiler Anstieg zur Unterkunft also nur etwas für geübte Autofahrer aber wenn man dann einmal oben ist der Blick ist traumhaft das Zimmer ist okay schönes Bad kleine Küche der Fernseher könnte mal erneuert werden ansonsten sehr sehr schön die Gastgeber sehr freundlich
