Safe and great place with amazing view!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Belvedere Apartments, and what stood out the most to me was the warm welcome I received from Boban himself. I was traveling solo, and it meant a lot to feel so personally taken care of, he even arranged a more affordable transfer for me, which I really appreciated. The apartment was spotless, with all the amenities you could need: including a washing machine and even laundry capsules, which was such a thoughtful touch. There are air conditioners, and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The location is great: very safe and just a 7-minute walk down to the Old Town. The uphill walk back can be a little challenging in the heat, especially if you have health concerns or extra weight, but it’s totally manageable. As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe and comfortable here. Bob Ann is a genuinely kind and attentive host, and staying here was one of the best decisions of my trip. Thank you, Bob Ann, for your amazing hospitality!

A wonderful stay with a perfect location, great comfort, and an exceptional host.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated, and just a 10-minute walk from Avala Beach and the Old Town of Budva. The balcony offered a beautiful sea view, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Boban (the host) was incredibly welcoming and helpful — we highly recommend this place!

Amazing apartment and super host

The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything is arranged so that the guest can feel comfortable. There was everything we needed, well-equipped kitchen, lots of storage for clothes, comfortable beds and a large balcony with the best view in Budva! Boban is a super host and very kind person who has thought of every detail. I really recommend this apartment!

We had such a lovely stay. Boban is super kind and thoughtful — he made sure we had everything we needed and more. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and well-organized. And ohhh, that balcony view... absolutely breathtaking! 😍 It was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening chill time. So happy we chose Belvedere Apartments — would 100% come back! 🥰

A gorgeous apartment to stay whilst in Budva with excellent customer service

Boban, the apartment host, is so welcoming and helpful. He personally greets you on arrival and ensures you have a good farewell at the end of your stay. Upon request, Boban recommended an excellent taxi driver - Goran who reliably picked us up from and to Tivat Airport (approximately 30 minutes journey for 35 Euro). Boban's apartment is fantastic, spotlessly clean, absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable bedroom and living area with a TV with lots of channels. The bathroom was suitably spacious with a great shower, perfect hot water and a washing machine with tablets to use if you need. The ultimate highlight is the view from the spacious balcony. Lovely sunlounbger, table and chairs all to use. Boban very kindly gave us a bottle of his own home made apple brandy, a lovely treat to drink after dinner. Boban also gave us a 10% discount card off food and drink that we used twice at the next door stunning Visat Restaurant. Boban respected our privacy but was very available if you needed anything via WhatsApp messaging

The view from the apartment is the best you can ever imagine. Apartment has everything you need, even free private parking! 10 min to the Old Town (half by stairs;) very quiet and cozy! Perfect for families! Restaurant next door, main road to any destination in front of the place. Host went beyond and above to help us in anything we needed! Amazing man with an open heart! Warmly recommend to everyone!

Lovely view, easy access to Budva by foot. Great value

Fantastic view from the balcony over the old town of Budva and out to sea. Situated on outskirts of Budva so easy to access the rest of Montenegro. Quick walk down to the town by road or by staircases zig zagging down. Slightly longer walk back up! Very clean and tidy appartment. Welcoming host, Boban was easily contactable and willing to help with anything. Great value and would highly recommend.

Nice place for a great stay

Great and comfortable apartment for living, you can find everything you need in it, fast Wi-Fi. Amazing view from the balcony to the sea and Old town. It takes you 7-10 min to get to the beach, shops, cafes and Old town. The apartment's owner Boban is very hospitable, polite and always ready to help.

Few weeks ago I had great opportunity to stay in this amazing apartment. Everything was perfect, starting from communication with the great host who made me feel so welcomed, then the stunning sea view from the balcony, on of the best ih whole Budva. Apartment has everything what you need for life when you are travelling, it's clean, cosy, full of daily light, with all the equipments you could need. There is a shortcut that leads to the downtown, so you not gonna need more then 10min walk for that. Can't wait to visit Budva again and stay at the same place!

We had a lovely stay at Belvedere Apartments also thanks to the great host. Boban was very friendly and helpful, gave us some information about the beaches and made a map to help us find we way. Family of four week stay in Belvedere apartment

Amazing little apartment, which got everything one needs to feel home away from home. Fully equipped, clean and tidy. Not so big but suits a family of four easily. Amazing view right from the balcony and sitting room, private parking and great location in walking distance to the city center, old city and the beach. Boban is a great host, helpful and responsive, thank you so much dear! We'll be happy to recommend this apartment to people we know, and maybe stay again when in Montenegro:) The only thing is that there is no AC in the bedrooms, only in the sitting room, so was a bit worry on hot days, but we managed. Very good experience indeed.

The best view in Budva

The owner Boban was very friendly, always in touch, welcomed with tasty and smooth homemade brandy. The apartment was great with the best view in Budva. Really comfortable balcony with a tent and even the sunbed, making it a good place for the rest, work, mornings with coffee, and evening with wine. Good equipped kitchen with all you need. The washing machine in the bathroom is very useful for families, especially for a long time stay. Strong stable wifi - it is one more good thing. The location is just amazing. Yes, you should go downstairs 10 minutes to the Old town and the same time to the beach and after go upstairs. But it is not a difficult way. And this is a price for the best view from the top. We definitely come back again!

The host was amazing, very nice and helped with anything we needed. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary even for a longer stay, including a washing maschine and full equiped kitchen.

Although the apartment is located quite close to the beach, the way the town is built you have to take a little longer route through small and narrow streets. When you buy groceries, you have to go up a bit steeper hill. It is definitely worth the view tho.

I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this accommodation. The host was incredibly kind and even offered to pick me up from the bus station. The apartment had a stunning view of the sea, and its charming decor with yellow accents made it feel cozy and adorable. Everything about this place made me happy and content; I felt right at home and at ease. The convenience of having a washing machine, with washing tablets provided, was a delightful bonus. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the owner went above and beyond to arrange a taxi for my airport departure and gifted me with a handmade present of his own brandy. Moreover, the Old Town and a supermarket were just a short 10-minute walk away, making the location ideal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Belvedere Apartments in Budva, and I must say it was a great experience. The stunning view of the old town from the apartment was simply breathtaking, and it added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. The communication with the owners was excellent throughout our stay. They were prompt in responding to our inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist truly made a difference and enhanced our overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the discount we received for all meals at the nearby Vista Restaurant. The food there was outstanding, and being able to enjoy delicious meals at a discounted price was an added bonus. We highly recommend trying out this restaurant during your stay. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It was a short 10-minute walk to the old center, although there were some stairs to navigate. Additionally, the apartment offered free parking, which was a great convenience for us. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this apartment enough. The combination of the incredible view, cleanliness, friendly owners, excellent communication, and the added perks made our stay truly unforgettable. If you're planning a visit to Budva, do yourself a favor and book this apartment. You won't be disappointed!

very good contact with the host. Any problems were resolved (no internet access - and the host must be commended for this). The room was clean. The view was super. Walk down to the old town 7 minutes. Washing machine in the bathroom, super kitchen equipment. All equipment is in working order. Bardoz comfortable bed (an extra mattress) in a room.

in the bedroom, the window overlooks the corridor, which is a bit of a nuisance, you can't open the curtains or open the window. you could hear banging and the sound of a pump in the bedroom (the landlord said he had located the sound and that it was coming from the neighbouring building to sort it out, but it was a nuisance. Very small bathroom.

Perfect.

We were collected from the airport by the owners nephew who was very kind & friendly. Throughout our 4 day stay the owner was very available to us and super considerate and just wanted us to enjoy the apartment and have a nice time. The neighbour who greeted us at the apartment was just so sweet she gave us a bottle of local wine & there was some water & Local brandy in the fridge. We were able to check in a good few hours early due to flight arrival time. View was spectacular and the shortcut to the old town helped us lose a couple of pounds from over indulging. Beds were comfy and the big shower was lovely.

Nothing! Everything exceeded expectations. We left a couple things behind and the owner offered to drop these to us in Kotor where we stayed next which was just so generous.
