Very good location. 15 walking distance to the old town. Supermarket nearby. Very kind hosts. They gave us beach towels and were helpful. Clean rooms & services. Highly recommended

A lovely tiny room from a very friendly host for tourists on a budget

Cozy, clean, lovely, and well looked after. This place has a homely feel and offers a pretty comfy stay on a budget while being close to the main beaches and sights. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We asked for an earlier check-in, and they provided. We were able to leave our suitcases for a few hours before our bus trip back home. The terrace is almost as large as the room itself. The fridge works well. There's a surprising amount of storage room for such a tiny space. The bathroom is clean and enjoyable. There even was some cutlery, bowls, plates, cups, and a cutting board in the drawer, which helped us with our breakfast. There's also a clothesline to dry your beach wear, and the hosts even allowed us to use their washing machine free of charge. As a cherry on top, the terrace has two chairs and a small table to enjoy your morning coffee. The location is very close to the beaches, the Budva fortress, the biggest shopping center, cafes, and other venues. At the same time, it's on a pretty quite road.

Random cars often park so close to the yard entrance that you can barely squeeze in. The shower cabin leaks a little, which isn't a huge issue since there's a drain, but it's still a bit untidy and we had nothing to clean it up with (we didn't want to bother the host too much.) The water heater is rather small and can barely last a 10-minute shower.

Great family owned place

Location is ideal, close to the old town, beach, and restaurants. The family that owns the place is fantastic and so friendly. Secure parking, great balcony. Highly recommend this very competitively priced stay.

The bathroom is private but next door in the hall. Not an issue for us but worth noting.

Budva short stay great location

Excellent location for Old town and beaches. Very close to the lovely old town. Main beach, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes, shops etc are all very close. Mogren beaches also very close which are lovely. We did the seven bay trail taking all day, stopping at most beaches for a swim, drinks and food, then taxi back to Budva which makes for a memorable day. https://oldtownexplorer.com/how-to-walk-from-budva-to-sveti-stefan-montenegro/ Hosts are lovely family and very welcoming. The apartments are very well presented, clean, tidy and look quite newly renovated. We were on a road trip and found this to be perfect for our short stay in Budva.

Affordable apartment. Comfy for a night or two in Budva. Probably more so if you eat out.

Location was good - short walk to the old town through a peaceful neighbourhood. Sheltered balcony was appreciated, as was the very comfortable and large double bed. The host and her mother were both lovely - in fact on check-out when we were unable to get a taxi in the pouring rain, she kindly drove us to the bus station.

Kitchen was tiny and awkward to use.

Family home

Close to the old town and shopping centre. Balcony was good. The daughter went above and beyond to help me get a bus ticket for my onward journey - very hospitable.

This accommodation wasn’t what I expected. It’s more of an Airbnb where you’re staying at someone’s house with the entire family but in a private room. My allocated bathroom was outside my room but in the hallway - not really that private.

Tágas, kényelmes, jól felszerelt apartman, kiváló helyen.

Tágas, kényelmes, mindennel felszert apartman. Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a közelben supermarket, pékség, étterem, illetve egyéb üzletek. A tengerpart és az óváros is közel van, gyalog könnyen megközelíthető, nem szükséges hegyre fel-le mászni. Az udvaron két autó elfér, érdemes a szállásadóval előre egyeztetni róla, hogy van-e hely. Nekünk most volt hely, ami nagy segítség, egyébként az utcán nehéz lenne parkolni, nem nagyon van hely.

Gyenge a wifi (hol van, hol nincs internet), nincs kávéfőző, a klíma a hálószobában hűthetne jobban, de nekünk elég volt így is.
