The location, big terrace, washing machine, a lot of internal space
The air conditioning was heavily leaking from the ceiling. Therefore did not use air conditioning from safety reasons.

The location.
There was a slight lack of basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, tea towels, utensils. When we asked about it I was left on read. Also had someone knocking at our door an hour before checkout which was a bit strange!
