Avoid this property.

They simply don't exist.

⚠️ WARNING – MISLEADING LISTING AND NO REAL SUPPORT!!! We fully prepaid a sea-view apartment, but upon arrival no one met us, and we were placed in a completely different apartment, facing away from the sea and not matching the listing photos or description. The apartment smelled badly, and there was extremely noisy construction next door, which is clearly hidden in the photos. The owner denied responsibility, made empty promises, and then stopped responding entirely. We had to leave within minutes and urgently find alternative accommodation at a much higher cost. Booking.com refused to acknowledge responsibility and denied a full refund, despite clear evidence that the accommodation was not provided as advertised. Guests are left completely unprotected. Avoid this property.

Beautiful view, nice apartment that needs some repair

The location was perfect, the view beautiful.

Some things were broken in the room (chairs, sofa bed), and the bathroom needs some repair too (water was coming back to the floor after taking a shower). And it was very funny first, but we had no glasses. Just 4 small cups... but we managed anyway.

The property's description stated that it is equipped with high-speed Internet, but in the reality there was no internet at all for 3 days out of 7. Host couldn’t help to solve the problem.

Excellent apartment 😁

Excellent apartment, spacious, spotlessly clean, best we have stayed in for a long time, I cannot fault it. We had a view of the city and mountain's which was nice, next time I would book a sea view. Great location, not far to the bus station. The private apartment is in the Fontana 4*Hotel and you need to tell the host your arrival time so he can meet you outside the hotel. The Old town is a 5 minutes walk and less to the beach. Host was friendly and showed us the apartment. I would highly recommend it.

Not recommended: wrong apartment (50 m² listed, ~30 m² real), construction-site view, dust & ants, missing amenities

Only the location in Budva. Everything else ruined the experience.

I was placed in a different apartment than the one advertised: the listing states 50 m², the actual size is about 30 m²; the promised sea view was in fact an active high-rise construction site; interior and photos don’t match (it looks like a different building). Cleanliness & pests: thick dust on all horizontal surfaces above eye level; a lot of ants in the apartment. Missing listed amenities: bathrobes, work desk, heating, soundproofing, toaster, air purifier, hand sanitizer. Check-in/communication: there is no reception/front desk — to check in I had to find a way to contact the host and wait for instructions; via Booking messaging the host was not responsive, the first reply came only after 2 days, and further messages on Booking and WhatsApp were largely ignored. Hygiene & linen: for the entire 8-day stay (7 nights) I was given only one toilet-paper roll and a small amount of liquid soap; no bar soap — I had to buy my own. No blankets (only duvet covers). Towels were old and very dirty. Bed/sleep: mattress with protruding springs, extremely uncomfortable; poor ventilation with stale air even with windows open. Taxes & registration: the host was supposed to pay the tourist/city tax, arrange temporary registration, and provide a receipt, but did none of this — I had to handle it myself. He asked me to leave money for these services yet didn’t pay and never provided a receipt. Bottom line: I wasted a lot of time and had extra costs (including contacting Booking support), and nothing was resolved. I was traveling with a 9-year-old child. For a more accurate picture, check Google (Google Maps/Reviews). Photo evidence attached.

In general it wasn’t bad.

Location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Nicola , apparently the owner of the apartment was sometimes unreachable, but when he answered, he was polite and helpful as much as he can.We had a late night flight and Nicola allowed us to stay in the apartment until 1:30 pm, which helped us a lot.

All property wasn’t clean enough. We stayed one week and never seen cleaners. Property didn’t have toilet rolls, dishwasher tables, internet wasn’t good. On booking.com beautiful views from the balcony but it’s not though. All you’ll see is a construction site and the road. To be honest it was a little things of life that are not worth to paying attention to. We enjoyed the weather, sea and the entertainment that were very close to the property where we stayed. After all we enjoyed our holiday.

Don't rent this apartment. The pictures lie and the host is not responsive.

The location was good, besides the fact that there is a huge and very noisy construction project in the next building.

I booked an apartment with a sea view and received one without a view at all. I tried to resolve it with the host during my staying time, but he didn't even respond, and the lady that gave me the key told me in the beginning that she will speak to the host and then stop answering me. Guys it's a scam there is no sea view, just construction all over the place.
