Best place i have stayed in Budva. The host is a very welcoming man and very helpful for everything you need. Apartment is spacey, very clean and comfortable. Also, the first place i have stayed that the Cable TV has every channel you need including sports😁. Thanks a lot Nenad, see you soon again

Wonderful- no complaints.

It was a few minutes walk from everywhere I wanted to go in Budva, including the ordinary places such as supermarkets and pharmacies. It was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The owners made every effort to help me with any questions I had.

exceeded our expectations

Ninat was an excellent host. he even picked us up from budva bus stop on our first day when we were unsure of how to get to the property. property was clean and location was perfect ( 5min from old town, 2 min from supermarket and 3min walk from the beach). plenty of restaurants nearby. this property really elevated our experience in Montenegro. partial sea view as it advertised so nothing deceiving. great value for money. really exceeded our expectations. communication with Ninat was superb. always responded our messages swiftly and promptly. he even organised transfer back to the airport. what a gent!

only criticism about the property was hot water. can understand why there are few negative comments regarding hot water. could be a problem in winter. having said that if we contacted Ninat, he may have come and sort it.

The Perfect Getaway!

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need. The bed was very comfy and there was lots of wardrobe space. The shower was powerful and everywhere was clean. It was only a short walk into the stunning old town.

Fully equipped apartment, nothing was missing, worth recommending. The only drawback is the view from the terrace on the chaotic development of this part of Budva. This , however, does not depend on the owners of the apartment.Underground garage, additionally payable, but it is worth using, because parking in the center of Budva is a big proble

The apartment was clean and comfortable, it has all you need- two air conditionings (one in the living room and the other one in the bedroom), hair dryer, washing machine, iron etc The location is perfect, everything was few minutes walk away, mall was just around the corner. The owner was kind and helpful. The buildings is relatively new and it has an elevator.

Удобная кровать, большая гостиная, тропический душ, балкон с видом на море. Совет для тех, кто планирует брать на время проживания автомобиль напрокат: выбирайте с большим дорожным просветом. Заезд на паркинг, как и везде в Будве, крутой, и есть риск шкрябнуть днище.

Eğer Budva’da bir yerde kalınacaksa konum, evin imkanları, temizliğin kalitesi olarak kesinlikle seçilmeli. 3 gecelik ziyaretimde sanki kendi evimde gibi rahat ve huzurlu bir şekilde dinlendim. Nenad sadece evin sahibi değil aynı zamanda bir çözüm bulucu. Kuzey Makedonyadan Karadağ’a kiralık araç ile geldim. Karadağ’a girişte ehliyetimi Üsküp’te unuttuğumu farkettim. Ve Nenad bana bir gün sonra Üsküp’ten ehliyetimi arkadaşları aracılığıyla getirtti. Bu gerçekten olağanüstü bir incelik ve insanlıktı. Çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Квартира в многоквартирном новом доме, в 7 минутах ходьбы от моря. Идеально подобрана мебель, отличный ремонт, уютный и современный интерьер, прекрасный балкон. Совсем рядом продовольственный рынок и магазины.
