Lilian apartment is modern furnished with 2 bedrooms , suitable for maximum 5 people. It is located close to the town centre of Budva and Slovenska plaža beach. Positioned on the hill side it provides superb view to the sea and whole town from its balcony. From this apartment you have only a few minutes walk to the old town Budva.
The apartment is new furnished in light summer colours and completely equipped with all the necessities. It comprises 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed and access to the small sea side balcony. The other bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 extra pull out bed with real mattress, suitable equally for an adult and a child.
Bathroom is equipped with walk in shower, washing basin and toilette. The washing machine is also inside the bathroom. The shower battery is specially selected for pleasant shower ( high German quality Hans Grohe brand).
Kitchen is fitted and decorated in white with high quality materials. Fitted oven and glass hob, dish washer, fridge, water kettle and all cooking utensils. Its fully equipped for your pleasant stay. The kitchen has also LCD TV on the wall and small table, as the main dining table is on the balcony.
The balcony is according to our tradition the main place for all the meals, tea and coffee time or evening gatherings. Especially with so fantastic sea view like in this apartment. There is a large wooden table with 6 chairs. The balcony is also closed from 3 sides, so pretty much protected when its rainy or windy.
