Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and tidy, with fresh bed linen and a welcoming atmosphere. The owner was extremely kind and helpful — she even offered to change our towels without us asking, and kindly provided us with a drying rack when we needed it. The location is great: just a 15-minute walk to Morgan Beach and 10 minutes to the Old Town. If you're visiting in September, make sure to bring mosquito repellent — it can be quite useful in the evenings.

Bad impresion!

Good position, near to all interest points in Budva. Decent price.

First bad surprise is that we find in first day that we need to pay more than we knew. They add a tax for parking even they have enough places in own yard. The next bad surprise was the host never speak english, it is impossible to comunicate with her. She didn't provide the receipt for accomodation and parking, but only for turistic taxes. Very bad internet conection in rooms, TV not working. 5 nights and not even once towel changed, or trash recipient

Doesn't match the price.

The location is absolutely great. Hosts are friendly.

The apartment is a bit outdated. There is a kitchen, but unfortunately, no utensils for cooking. The shower head needs repair, and the boiler doesn’t look very secure. I also noticed some dust on the shelves, which I had to clean myself. There are a few cigarette marks on the furniture, and the curtain came off the rod when I tried to close it. The internet works, but it’s quite slow, so I had to rely on roaming for Google Maps.

Great location close to beach and old town

Great location with lot of services and restaurants/cafes close by. Beach and old town within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and big enough for two people, great value for money. Highly recommend!

Nagyszerű lokációjú apartman

Nagyon kellemes időt töltöttünk itt. A szállás Budva centralban van, csak épp egy kis mellék utcában 5 percre az óvárostól gyalog. A szállás lokációja, a kényelmes ágy, a Tulaj és Helena a host kedvessége mind - mind nagyon tetszett nekünk. Külön tetszett még a terasz kilátással a hegyekre, és a közelben volt mindenféle bolt, étterem. Parkolni is tudtunk a szállás területén ami itt Budvában sokat jelent.

A fürdőben hiányoltam a polcokat a személyes piperének és a zuhanykabinra is ráférne egy update.

Расположение неплохое, но до пляжей надо пройти оживленные улицы и перекрестки, много магазинов рядом, недалеко большой трц и кафе, очень вежлеый администратор Helena, её улыбка скрасила наше пребывание!

На фотографиях апартаменты более свежие и не совсем понятно расположение, внутри домов, вход с парковки, выглядит неэстетично)

Щойно повернулися з чудового відпочинку в готелі "Maslina Residence" у Будві і залишилися дуже задоволені. Готель має ідеальне місцерозташування: до пляжів, старого міста, магазинів та базару можна дійти за декілька хвилин. Господарі готелю дуже уважні та приємні люди, завжди готові допомогти і створюють атмосферу, наче зупинилися у друзів. Номер порадував своєю чистотою та світлістю, все акуратно і комфортно. Найбільше сподобався балкон - ранкові сніданки на свіжому повітрі стали нашою улюбленою традицією. Готель ідеально підходить як для пар, так і для сімей з дітьми. Рекомендуємо "Maslina Residence" всім, хто планує відпочинок у Будві і плануємо повернутися до готелю знову.

Расположение Captain Apartments было супер. Располагаются в самом центре. Заселили раньше положенного времени.

Грязь по всему номеру. Пол в Captain Apartments был очень грязным, без обуви там находится было невозможно. Душевая кабинка все время протекала в следствии чего весь пол в туалете был в воде. Wi-Fi в наших апартаментах работал только в туалете и у входной двери. Расположение на карте что дает Booking неверное, таких апартаментов нет и никогда не было, очень неприятно было узнать это в 03:00, это именно Captain Apartments а не Maslina как они заявляют тут. После окончания бронирования пишут в мессенджер с просьбой уменьшить количество ночей что бы меньше платить комиссии Booking и налогов. А потом меняют все без твоего подтверждения. Оплата только наличными на месте, никаких чеков и подтверждений не предоставляют.
