Alex provided great service, was very friendly and he would answer any questions or solve any issues we had quickly over the phone. Very clean flat in an amazing location.

Great location in Budva. Beaches and old town are incredibly close by, a supermarket is literally 2 minutes away and parking is right in front. Alex was really nice and helpful, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. The living area is also quite nice. Despite being close to everything, its quiet and there is little traffic.

We had the studio apartment. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue that also could not really be adressed during our stay, but should be adressed when there are no guests present. 1) The toilet. The toilet was clean on a surface level, but clearly hadn‘t been deep cleaned in quite a while, which is why there was quite some buildup of urine stone. This is also why the toilet stank, which made it unpleasant to stay in the bathroom - even with the lid closed. 2) The shower. Since the shower is made of rough tile, moisture gets trapped in the tiles. As a result of this, the entire lower half of the shower was covered in black mold (also visible on the published pictures). This should be adressed with some in-depth mold removal since it is also a health hazard. 3) The kitchen sink. It appears that there is some issue with the plumbing of the kitchen sink. As a result, there is a really strong odor of sewage emitting, whenever the bin under the sink is used. This should also be adressed, ideally with a plumbing overhall. 4) The Airconditioning unit (especially in the bathroom) are quite old and not very well maintained. An in-depth cleaning + demolding appears to be in order. 5) The overall cleaning did not seem to be as thourough as one would expect - we found some stray hair, the floor wasn‘t really clean etc. - this wasn‘t a major issue to us, and Alex did offer cleanings upon request - which we did not use. Moreover one should know that while there is parking in front of the building, there is no reserved spot in the lot, so guests traveling by car may need to wait for someone to leave the parking lot - in our case this was no big deal though, since we never waited for more than 15 min.
