Fantastic stay with a stunning view

The view is incredible! We spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the scenery. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very kind and communicated well. The old town is only a short 10 min walk away, but do note this is via many stairs. We would highly recommend this accommodation!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed and amazing views

Ana and Osmo were exceptional hosts and provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The apartment was well equipped and the views were amazing. The location is great, a short 10-15 minute walk into the old town, nearby beaches easily accessible with plenty of eateries in the old town. Kotor is about a 40 minute drive away. We chose this apartment based on the reviews and would also highly recommend. Thank you for having us!

A perfect stay with stunning views

Everything was perfect! Ana and Osmo were so lovely and made us feel at home. The place has everything. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It is just a 10-minute walk from the old town. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Best view spot in Budva

First of all the view is literally what one can expect from the accommodation, the entire bay is the background scenery, secondly the flat is fully equipped, even some unexpected details which makes you feel at home. Lastly and most importantly the very friendly and gentle welcome and assistance from the owner rounds the stay at this place.

By the first impression one can be skeptical, which completely changes when you enter the amazing apartment.

So glad we chose Perla, best ever decision!

Well equipped and nice decor with stunning view. We loved chillaxing with drinks/meals on the balcony and just marvelling at the view. Outstanding hosts who couldn’t do enough for us.

It’s a bit of a climb up to the apartment but worth the views and we looked on it as a free gym session - fit as mountain goats by the end of our stay!

Sve je bilo super! Osmo nas je sa osmehom čekao na aerodromu. Odveo nas je u stan koji smo mogli da preuzmemo 2 sata ranije. Stan je iznad starog grada, sa ekstra pogledom na ceo grad. Mogli bismo tamo stići peške za 10 minuta. Put nije bio težak. Domaćini su jako ljubazni. 😊 Hvala na svemu! Imali smo odličan vikend!

Отсутствие лифта в доме, на 4-5 этажи с чемоданом тяжело. Здесь не кровать, а диван разложенный с матрасом на нем сверху. Хозяин не стал нас регистрировать сам как туристов, хотя вроде как должен. В других городах Черногории это делали хозяева квартир за 1минуту и присылали нам подтверждения в ватсап, здесь же нас самих отправили в туристический центр, что не удобное

Stan ima očaravajuć pogled, nalazi se na uzvišenju, ali mislim da je to zanemarljivo kada se uzme u obzir pogled sa terase i sobe. Opremljen je svim potrebnim uređajima, ima čak i aparat za kafu, mašinu za veš, toster... Domaćini su predivni, ovakva uslužnost se retko gde može videti, preporučili su nam restorane i mesta koja treba da obiđemo, dali smernice za put. Vratićemo se opet kako zbog samog mesta tako i zbog sjajnih vlasnika.

Удивительное место! Великолепные апартаменты и прекрасные хозяева. Все лучше оценки вам, какие только могут быть. Это тот случай, когда апартаменты превосходят все ожидания, как и собственники. Апартаменты очень уютные, есть все нужное для проживания, а от вида просто захватывает дух! В 4 минутах пешком расположен прекрасный видовой ресторан с вкусными завтраками. До центра города очень близко, пешком по уютным улочкам 10 минут, а подниматься как ни странно не составило труда. Анна узнала что нам хочется спа и предложила услуги массажа. Что тоже было великолепно! Очень рекомендую! Анна, Осмо, спасибо вам! Обязательно вернемся 🥰

Фантастичний краєвид з вікна, затишна студія, краще добиратися на таксі.

Дуже затишна квартира, красивий балкон, хазяї були на звʼязку, що полегшило моє прибуття. Було не легко знайти будівлю, тому що вказана адреса на сайті була помилковою, а такою йти від автобусної зупинки показувало 20 хвилин, насправді довше і переважно вгору, тому розраховуйте час і сили або візьміть таксі :) Фантастичний краєвид з вікна, чи я вже казала?
