Very helpful staff, clean, had everything i needed. And they had an elevator.

It wasn't very clear where to find the reception (no signs), but otherwise it was an amazing stay.

A Comfortable,clean apartment with 2 sweet helpful ladies That i suggest to everyone .

Room was clean, staff was smiley and friendly. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning was working perfectly. And balcony.

There were no shampoo in our room. Our room was a little bit small(but comfortable anyway. Worst thing is there were no parking spots.

No value for the money

We expressly said not to come in our room for the cleaning, they did anyway and on top of that they didnt even clean! They just did the bed and folded the towels without changing any of them! The kitchen was very bad equipped a.lot of things missing, it was like cooking while camping. Plus we had ants in the kitchen as well. Not worth it the price..

Good

The location is great, 5 minutes walking to the old town and sea side restaurants. Mogren beach is 10 minutes walking. The room was clean, new clean towels and sheets were provided every day.

They do have parking lot in the building and they charge additionally 10 euros per day for it and the entrance to the parking lot is so tight that barely fit a car. In front of the building, is another building which blocks the view to the sea and you can literally share a cup of coffee with the people from the other building on the balcony.

Very reasonable for its location

- Very good location (walking distance to almost everywhere - super convenient!) - The towels and bedsheet get changed every day - Balcony - Air-conditioned room - Reasonable for the location

- It was not so convenient to receive the key since no one spoke English (first we had to go to another hotel, then the receptionist told us to meet another person in front of some kind of a bank so he can let us into the room) - A lady showed up to collect a city tax and ID one morning, but again, she did not speak English so we had to use Google translate to communicate, and since we didn't know in advance that she was coming, it was quite surprising for a second - I am not sure if it is because of the construction of the building (though it looked rather new), but we heard our neighbors quite loud and clear when they are talking in the corridor - There were some cooking utensils, plates, cups, and cutleries, but they looked very "used" and did not feel comfortable to use them

Muy buena ubicación, excelente el personal

Lo mejor es la ubicación, a 10’ caminando del Old Town y cerca de varios restoranes y mini markets. La cocina está bien equipada. El personal era muy amable. Tiene una pequeña terraza.

El ascensor a veces fallaba (nos tocó un piso 5). El mando del aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar el último día, por tanto no pudimos regularlo. Lamentablemente no se pudo solucionar.

Tolle Lage und Sauberkeit, aber Zimmer entsprach nicht der Buchung

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer möchten wir positiv hervorheben. Das war in beiden Zimmern tadellos.

Leider entsprach unser (erstes) Zimmer nicht unserer Buchung. Statt eines Apartments mit Platz und richtigem Bett bekamen wir nur eine kleine Stube mit harter Schlafcouch – für eine Nacht vielleicht auszuhalten, aber keinesfalls das, was wir gebucht hatten. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Wechsel (obwohl erst auf Booking freie Zimmer angezeigt wurden) hieß es zunächst, es sei nichts verfügbar. Erst als wir ankündigten, sonst eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen, war plötzlich doch ein Zimmer frei. Dieses entsprach zwar ebenfalls nicht ganz den Bildern, war aber immerhin mit richtigem Bett ausgestattet und wieder sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir schreiben sonst selten negative Bewertungen, da wir einfach einen schönen Urlaub möchten. In diesem Fall fühlten wir uns jedoch nicht ehrlich behandelt. Hinweis: Der Safe war nicht befestigt.

Oda çok küçüktü. Valizi yere koyup açıyorsunuz ve yürüyecek alan olmadığı için üstünden atlayarak geçiyorsunuz. 2 kişi yana geçemiyor. O kadar küçüktü. Tanıtım görsellerinde böyle bir oda bulunmuyor. Resimlere aldanarak rezervasyon yapılmamasını önerebilirim.

Прекрасные апартаменты в Будве, с лифтом, до центра и пляжа спокойным шагом 15-20 минут. Администратор Ивана чудесная девушка, встретила нас очень тепло и помогала при возникновении любых вопросов, также напрокат нам дали пляжный зонт, отдельное спасибо ❤️ Номер был чистым, смена полотенец каждый день, самое классное это терраса и своя мини кухня.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do starego miasta i pięknej plaży Mogren. Pokój i łazienka były codziennie sprzątane. Łóżko wygodne. Obsługa miła i pomocna 😊

W łazience mogłaby być dodatkowa półka i wieszak na ręczniki, bo nie bardzo było gdzie powiesić więcej niż jeden. Hałas z ulicy faktycznie mocno słychać, ale przy zamkniętych oknach jest okej :)

Heel moeilijk te vinden. Zeker een half uurtje in cirkels gelopen. Uiteindelijk een local aangesproken die de locatie gebeld heeft in hun taal. En dan nog hebben we lang lopen zoeken. Echt een heel gedoe.
