Apartments LORA Jadranskij put

- Andriy was very accommodating and helped us to give access to the apartment despite the fact we arrived at 2 AM after spending 8 hours at the Croatia border - walking distance to the beach and old town (less than 10 min) - A/C in the living room and in the bedroom - washing machine very convenient given our long stay (9 nights) - balcony to dry the clothes - there is public parking next to the building but with limited space. We were lucky enough to find space every day but this could change if more cars around in the future - good wifi - small convenience store in the ground floor of the building (the access to the apartments is on the other side of the building)

- although it is short distance to the beach, the apartment is situated on the main road of Budva with heavy traffic all day until late in the evening (during high season at least). On the good side, the apartment has a good sound isolation so we were not bothered with windows closed - there is very little sidewalk around and cars are usually parking on it anyway so we had to walk on the busy road to get to the nearby pedestrian crossing to join the city center / beach - a dishwasher would be a big plus for long stay - the building's common areas were dirty and there was for sure no cleaning within the 9 days we were there so first impression is not really good but at least the apartment itself was very clean

A very nice brand new apartment with a very convenient location. The host was simply amazing. He helped us with quite complicated logistics and was very supportive all the time. Highly recommended!
