Milos was a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed, and was very kind and helpful. The place is spotless! Very clean. The location is close to everything. You can walk to all of the major points of attraction of the city and to the beach, as well as a wide variety of restaurants.

Rude and unreasonable owners

Fine location, easy access to main attractions around

Originally I chose this property because of the location and decent reviews. The rest of my family were staying in the same neighbourhood, so it should’ve worked pretty well. My sister and her husband were helping me with my bags and groceries while I was settling in when the owner came up to give me the paperwork and suddenly started screaming that other people can’t be in the room. I was trying to explain using Google translate that they were there just to help me with my things and were going to leave soon but she couldn’t be reasoned with. After my family left I went to talk to her again trying to explain and make things right but she was so out of it, screaming nonstop that I couldn’t even say anything. I decided to retire to my room because I was concerned she could get physical. This is seriously the first time I ever experienced something so unhinged in my years of travelling!

Good value for money with amazing view 💰

Service was excellent, clean rooms, good location (for that price). Approximately 15 minutes to Morgen beach and 10 to Old town. Nearly the small shop was located. Very convenient. We had a large room with two separate beds. And we loved the view so much.

Very clean apartment and comfortable beds

The host was very kind! Even though she didn’t speak English, the communication was manageable and she was very friendly. The flat is very clean: it was tidied up and the towels were changed every day.

We sometimes had issues with hot water in the shower (the temperature switched to cold from time to times) but it was not a big issue since we were all sunburnt:)))

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Krivokapic - the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and the view from the balcony was very beautiful. Also, Milos was a very friendly and accommodating host, as he made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Budva!

Good place for reasonable price

Great villa with several apartments inside. Location is perfect. Old Town / seaside - 1 km Several supermarkets - around 600 - 900 m Free parking Terrace Nothing extraordinary wasn't there but all you need for vacation inside the apartment. Perfect location. Apartment recommended for sure.

Minor difficulties you can face: - terrace we had was without any roof/cover. It was uncomfortable hang out there due to bright sun. Would be excellent make some roof above. - during check-in you will be met probably by housekeeper who doesn't talk English (Montenegrin only), do not have access to booking system and due to a lot of apartments on the villa (Frankly within several villas) doesn't know which exactly need for you. It took some time and efforts understand which exact apartment was prepared for us. - apartment has stove kitchen utensils however for some reason cooking meat/fish/seafood is forbidded. - No air condition in bedrooms :( In living room only. Except mentioned above - apartment is excellent.

Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Spokojne miejsce, bez problemowe parkowanie samochodu. Odległość od Centrum ok. 15-20 minut spacerem nie stanowiła żadnego problemu a wręcz była wskazana po obitych i bardzo smacznych obiadokolacjach na Starym Mieście. Bardzo polecamy ten Apartament i miejscowość.

Впечатление двоякое, 50 на 50, если улучшить сервисное обслуживание, купить смягчитель для полотенец, поставить микровол

Местоположение хорошее, рядом пляжи, как простой городской , где можно взять комплект 2 шезлонга и зонт - цена 15 евро, так и Могрен. Были в начале сентября 2025. Экскурсии не брали, ехали сами. До пляжа где-то 700м, до центра где-то 1км. Предоставили нам парковку возле отеля бесплатно, место всегда было. Магазины и кафе ближе к пляжу. Цены средние. Покушать на человека от 6 до 25 евро, порции хватает на двоих. Хороший балкон, вид на море, только спереди немного загораживает дом. В номере кровать, шкаф, холодильник, стол, фен, чайник. Виды везде очень красивые. Рекомендуем брать машину и ехать в горы, очень понравилось Ледяное озеро "глаз кукушки". В отеле они сами делаю регистрацию сразу, это очень удобно. В букинге тоже быстро отвечают. Место тихое, вокруг цветы, горы, очень красиво. В номере есть кондиционер и сушилка для белья.

Нет микроволновки, нет общей кухни, или вернее она есть, но пользоваться нельзя. Белье постирать можно только если много- одни шорты, платье и 1 пара брюк- стирать не дадут. Персонал не очень дружелюбный. Белье постельное не меняли, мы жили 10 дней. Полотенца меняли каждый день, но они такие жесткие, что если вы загорели на пляже и приняли душ, то лучше просто обсохнуть. Ночью было прохладно, одеяла дали с неохотой и то очень тонкие. Подушки очень жесткие, попросили еще по одной, тоже дали с неохотой. Мыло не поменяли ни разу, как был один кусочек в начале, так и до конца. Улыбнулись один раз, при выезде. Персонал плохо говорит и по-английски и по-русски. Хорошо и вежливо общался только хозяин отеля. В плане расположения, пляж рядом но идти тяжело, много лестниц крутых на верх, весь этот путь это лестницы. Вниз хорошо, наверх тяжело. Жаль, что нет бассейна, хотя бы маленького. Были потом в Хорватии, там такой же по размерам отель, но есть бассейн, очень удобно, если лень идти вниз. А так же жаль, что не предлагают завтрак.

Herşey harika. Konumu old towna çok yakın. İster arabayla ister yürüyerek bir turistin ulaşabileceği yerlere ulaşabilirsiniz. Çalışanlar çok tatlı ve güler yüzlüler. Odalar çok temiz ve mis gibi kokuyor. Kendimi evimde gibi hissettiğim bir ortamdı. Otopark problemi bu şehir için büyük problem bu yüzden otopark imkanının olması da gerçekten büyük bir artı.

Não fiquem neste local!

Minha experiência foi extremamente negativa. Após o check-out, fui acusada injustamente de ter roubado duas toalhas grandes de banho que nem sequer estavam disponíveis no quarto durante minha estadia. Chegamos no apartamento tarde devido ao atraso do ônibus, estavamos exaustas e quando fomos tomar banho notamos que haviam 4 toalhas pequenas ao invés de 2 grandes e 2 pequenas, mas como era tarde resolvemos não reclamar. A estadia seguiu normalmente. No entando, o proprietário me enviou mensagens agressivas logo após o check out, com ameaças de chamar a polícia e mandando fotos do meu documento, o que foi completamente desproporcional e constrangedor. Além de não ter cometido nenhum erro, fui tratada com desrespeito e falta de profissionalismo. Fica aqui meu alerta para futuros hóspedes: cuidado com esse tipo de abordagem abusiva e sem provas, tirem foto de todos os itens no quarto quando chegarem. Explicamos que a pessoa responsável pela limpeza devia ter feito confusão e colocado 4 toalhas pequenas, ao invés de 2 grandes e 2 pequenas, onde deixamos cada uma das 4, mas tivemos que explicar de maneira prolongada e detalhada para ele sequer considerar q poderia ser um erro e não um roubo, enquanto o primeiro contato dele foi logo uma ameaça com a acusação de roubo. Meu conselho como hóspede: evitem essa locação se possível, vocês podem ser acusados de roubo a qualquer momento. Depois das mensagens agressivas ele simplesmente desapareceu, falou que ia ver as cameras e não se deu ao trabalho de se retratar. Nunca fui tão desrespeitada.

Tesiste booking üzerinden rezarvasyonda kredi kart ile ödenceği yazıyordu bizde tabi ki ona göre kart ve para almıştık yanımıza, tesise geldiğimizde kredi kartın geçmediğini ve nakit istediğini söyledi bookingde kart geçiyor yazısını düzeltmeleri gerekiyor. Pos cihazı bozuksa bile bunu mesaj atıp önden bunun bilgisini vermemeleri için hiçbir sebep yok. 3 gece için 114 euro verdik ve nakit paramızdan beklenmedik şekilde azalan bu miktar kalan günler için endişe uyandırdı. ayrıca tesise ulaşmak için ciddi bi yokuş çıkmanız gerekiyor bu 1 puanı konumundan kırıyorum

Прекрасный отель! Всё на высшем уровне - от приема, до проводов. Само проживание принесло удовольствие. Вся мебель в номере добротная. Лишнего не было ничего. Санузел прекрасный. Всегда есть горячая вода. Полотенец много, идеально чистые. Убирают в номере регулярно. Есть вся требуемая посуда, вплоть до разделочной доски. В номере множество важных деталей, которые делают пребывание комфортнее и показывают, что хозяева - опытные люди и стараются учесть все, что нужно гостям. Вид с балкона открывается очень приятный, видно море и горы. Мы завтракали и ужинали на балконе. Хозяйка встретила нас пирогом, а по отъезду разрешила оставить вещи в течение дня (правда, мы этим не воспользовались).

На балконе я бы продлила вниз защитный экран, закрывающий нас от соседей. Мы были немного видны друг другу

Очень хорошие апартаменты, расположены в 10 минутах пешком от старого города. Были тут на НГ, прекрасно провели время. В апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания. Прекрасные виды с террасы!
