A pleasant, newly furnished place with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with a quality mattress, the terrace was lovely, and the air conditioning is new and worked perfectly—we could use it as much as we wanted. A grocery store is very close, just a 2–3 minute walk. From my perspective, there were only two small downsides: the bathroom is combined with the toilet, and the entrance door to the building was often left open. The host was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. Overall, we had a very nice stay—thank you!

Nice apartment, good location

The room has modern furniture, huge terrace with clothes dryer. The owner was helpful, always stayed in touch on WhatsApp , provided us iron, allowed us to leave luggage after check-out. The location is not ideal because you need to go uphill, but very close to everything, it's around 5-7 minutes from the bus station and 15-20 minutes to the beach and center.

There was no light on the terrace. Our two rooms were on different floors, which is not very convenient. Also in one room, which was on 1st floor, was a little humidity and no kettle.

It was hard to climb ( they ar on the hill) to appartments after spending all day in the beach. There were really hot days 35-40 celcius

Great forma short stay!

Very fresh, lacked a balcony in my room but was fine knew about it beforehand. Very modern facilities. Had a small kitchen and kitchentable with room for 2. Mika arranged so I could check in early which was nice not having to lug my bags around and miss a half day of sun :)

So good for the short trip

The room was very clean ,quiet and wide. Bath and kitchen is so, but the bad was couch like in foto , that wasn’t so comfortable. But Mr. Mika was so interested and helpful.

The location was little bit outside but you can walk 15 min to beach and center.

Everything was good we had a great time in Budva

The host was polite and attentive, we left our apartment later than we needed to do it but everything was ok. There was everything you need for the living. The nearest supermarket is close to the apartment, the beaches are a little bit far but if you like walking or have a car it won’t be a problem

When you leave the apartment in the morning and return in the evening there is a smell of dampness. Maybe because of the first floor

A quite apartment on the hill

The Apartment is located very near to the biggest market and that's an advantage. On the other hand; it is quite away from the sea. After sea, you will need to walk min 10 mins to get back home. The renter is helpful and kind. Language is a barrier but you can still communicate. The room size, the furniture, kitchen utilities are very comfy and new. Towels, sheets and cushions are clean. The air conditioner works very well and enough for such a wide space. Internet connection is pretty fast! You will surf at all applications without any problems or disconnections. I may come back to stay and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Renter. Best Regards... :)))

The main problem of the apartment are the bugs and mosquitos. I have come across with one of the biggest lizard I have ever seen in an apartment. I couldn't catch him but he wasn't dangerous for people, either. If you have any phobia, you'd rather stay away from this apartment. Because it is impossible not to come across one during your stay.

This great apartments located at good area and quiet street, in the room was all what I need for good rest. Near the home you can find bakery, supermarket. At the yard you can park your car. Thanks for hospitality and friendly ;)

Nice to spend your holidays

I liked the locacion.It was only 15 minutes by walk from Old Town and the nearest supermarket was only 2 minutes away. The apartament was very clean. The owner was polite and he welcomed us with a drink. I really recommended if you want to spend your holidays in Budva.

Prima voor de prijs

Mika is erg aardig en reageert snel op al je vragen! Verder is de prijs in vergelijking met andere plekken in Budva erg goed! De afstand is prima te lopen (ong 20 min naar de old town). Ook is er mogelijkheid tot prive parkeren en was de accommodatie schoon.

Het appartement was een beetje kill en we vonden het jammer dat we geen terrasje hadden, maar er zijn wel appartementen die dat wel hebben! Verder liep de douche niet goed weg en was er niet zoveel plek om spullen neer te leggen.

Skromnie ale wszystko jest co trzeba. Czajnik, indukcja, klimatyzacja, balkon, ciepła woda, sztućce. Wszystko działało bez zarzutu. Mogę polecić ten apartament. W pobliżu dobrze zaopatrzony sklep.

Brak soli Do plaży ok 10-15 minut spacerem. Może to być mały minus, ale myślę że każdy ma świadomość tego wybierając apartament nieco oddalony od centrum.
