Not bad overall.

The location is quite good, close to the Old Town and Mogren Beach. You need to use stairs to reach it, so it might not be suitable for people with health issues, but it wasn’t too tiring for us. Cleanliness was okay. We stayed in a sea-view room, and the view was really beautiful. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room didn’t have any toiletries like shampoo, only soap, so it’s better to come prepared.

The bed sheets seemed to be made of a material other than cotton, which made noise every time I moved, and I found it both uncomfortable and disturbing. Additionally, noise from the air conditioners of the rooms below can be heard at night, which can be annoying.

Was a good location just up the hill from the port / town.

Shower head didn’t stay up, bathroom stunk of sewage and there was big chucks of hair on the floor. Pictured looked like we’d have a view, we just stared at someone’s roof.

Lovely room in a great location but could do with a clean every once in a while

great location as you are so close to the old town in budva. Also had air con which in the summer months is essential to a comfy stay

The reception is a tiny box room that you cannot enter, aswell as the staff aren't the friendliest. The cleanliness to begin was amazing but they never cleaned during our stay so the floors quickly became dirty from sand and dirt.

The location was good and the closet had ample space for storage

Where to begin? To start, the pictured units are nothing like the actual rooms and are deliberate falsifications to boost sales. Upon checking in, the building owner informs me that her daughter will be meeting us to show us to our room, what she failed to inform me is that she'd be escorting us there with her chest exposed and in a bathrobe. The maid and staff are completely disregarded for privacy and basic human decency in interaction. The maid would knock briefly and then burst into the room, welcoming herself into the unit, catching me in the middle of changing multiple times as if she were trying to capture a glimpse at something, this happens on multiple days. Should have told her to take a picture and that it'd last longer. In the same instance, there's practically nothing she actually does aside from peeping on me and dropping off towels or scarcely taking the trash, that is to say that my partner and I did more cleaning in the room in ten days than has probably been done in the entirety of the building's lifetime. The state of hygiene in the unit itself is a chemical and biological hazard, to be nice about it. Hair left on unwashed sheets from the previous renters, unkept counters and stovetop, dirty dishes placed back into the cabinets filled with so much dirt and mire, the dust bunnies may gain sentience from the compactment of grime encased within them. And a floor with so much sediment on it, you could mistake it for a gravel road in the backcountry. The bathroom definitely takes the cake for the biggest bacterial breeding ground in the whole unit, though. The amalgamation of what was found in the drain I'm sure could not even be positively identified at the most advanced scientific facility on the planet, with globs and sludges of a color I'm not sure the human eye was ever meant to gaze upon.

There was everything in the apartment. We found the place easily. The location was very good. It's a place in normal condition where you can stay comfortably.

We had chosen a sea-view room, but unfortunately, a tree was right in the middle of the balcony, blocking the entire view. If this point is important for you when reserving a room, make sure to mention it. The towels had a slight smell because they were still a bit damp, but the host resolved it quickly.

Decent price/performance apartment

Decent apartment up in the hills. Comfy bed, clean room. There's a balcony that kinda oversees the sea - perfect for a beer and a smoke at night. Ok~ish utensils for cooking in the kitchen. Toilet was a bit wobbly and shower super small, but it's not too bad. There's a market about 200, 300 meters down the road, and a shortcut right next to the apartment that takes you all the way down to Old Town / coastline.

Nothing alarming bad, some minor annoyances.

Very helpful host. Balcony with a stunning view of the city. Close walk to the city. The host was very responsive to my needs. When I needed laundry powder, they provided it immediately and did not charge me. Very friendly people, they also allowed me to extend my checkout time. The room was very clean.

The location is excellent; under ten minutes to Old Town. Very nice staff and very accommodating.

The shower is hand held and there is no place to affix it, making you shower while holding the head. Seems like it could be an easy fix.

Please be ware you pay in cash for this stay and the booking website doesn't charge you. The location was amazing with a beautiful view. A 5 minute walk to everything and easy walking path up the slope.
