Lovely stay in Budva comfortable and good place to stay and explore town

Owner maria is very nice lady . Very helpful indeed. Good stay center of Budva near to all convenient. Taking walk from there to old town Budva was lovely for us .

Value for money

The location was just off the main road and approximately 15 walk down steps to the old town. Excellent value for money. Fine for a short stay.

Although the apartment was very dated and lacked cooking equipment, the location was good and the owner seemed friendly. For £20 per night I can not believe anyone would say it wasn't value for money.

Overall nice experience but if you want to cook the kitchen is not really equipped for that.

The accommodation is really close to the city center and the beach. Free parking is also, because there is not many options in the city it self. The host is really nice lady. Perfect views.

There is only one electric stove, which never got the water boiling even when pouring the hot water directly from electric kettle. There is only one pot in the kitchen.

Zero English, dirty floors, no sun blocking curtains, but view and location were good

Good points: 1) The apartment is very spacious and has a great view. 2) It has a working kitchen, well equiped with cooking utencils, stove, the works. 3) Good TV and cable. 4) Good boiler, I never had a problem with hot water. 5) Plenty of chairs tables and a very large couch. 6) The bed was large and comfortable. 7) My opinion on the location was that it was very good. You will have to walk up a steep slope, but that's why it has such a great view. It is pretty close to the center, 10 - 15 minute walk.

Bad points: 1) Not a single word of English - impossible to communicate. Every single contact I had with the host was completely frustrating and exhausting. If your job is in the tourism industry, how is it possible you DO NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH? (I really mean it, NOT A SINGLE WORD) You don't need to learn the whole language, but there are 20-30 basic sentences that ANY host that takes their job seriously SHOULD know. You can find countless videos, classes for free in YouTube that will get you there. You not being able to communicate to your guests will have a direct impact on your guest's stay at your property, and the reviews they give you. Think about it, it's a small investment of your time that will be well worth it if you work in the tourism sector. 2) Internet was on and off...it was ok during the day, but at night, when all the other guests were (probably) streaming the speed dropped a lot. It wasn't terrible, but if you need internet for work, this is a thing you need to account for. 3) The apartment was, I'm not going to say filthy, but it was very dirty. The floors were sticky, and I had to wear socks the whole time because the soles of my feet were pitch black dirty after walking barefoot the first day. There were hairs all over the floor. The bathroom was very smelly and I ended up avoiding getting in there as much as I could. 4) Very careless and sloppy host. They had a washing machine (which I was never told I could use, so basically it was their washing machine in my room) and on the first day, they left a whole wash from another guest soaking all night. 5) The fridge was really dirty....the freezer was completely filthy. There was residue fat and sticky yuck from the previous guest...I had to lay down plastic bags inside the fridge so my food wouldn't get in contact with whatever the goop was. Looked completely unhygienic 6) The pillows were a mess.

Apartment has really good location and our room had sea wiev, ıt was really good, ıt was 2. time for me. 6 years ago facilites was good for ground floor rooms kitchen bath was normal so good but 2. time; this time room was dirty, small and bath.. ktichen staffs was a few things only.. Apartment must be chiper..😊

Disappointing

Location was good.

Some equipment was old, dirty and/or broken. Toilet smelled like it wasn't properly cleaned for a while. The shower door was not designed for this particular purpose and began to rot. The kitchen was quite a lot toi take in as well with missing handles on cupboards, electric cooker bought in 1985 and never cleaned since then. The oven was not even plugged in (maybe for the best). The drying tray for the dishes looked absolutely disgusting and we dried our own camping plates with own kitchen towel instead.

I liked that I wasn't forced to stay bouth days I paid.

Filthy is not strong enough. Old, unwashed linens with random design. Something sticky holding the old, broken gas stowe an the old working electric one ontop. Human hair in the bathroom on the floors, sink and shower. Beachfront means 400m away from the sea and 167 stairs up a hill.
