Great location

Clean, comfortable, great value for money, close to a big supermarket and only a 20 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of parking and good views. Owner was lovely.

Charming estate, friendly and accommodative landlady

The landlady was very sweet and accommodating to us. The estate itself is very Italian, charming with a good view. Comfortable room and good bathroom, well maintained. She saved parking for us.

Cosy studio with a mountain view

Great location close to the center and old town. Parking is always available in the back. The studio has a great balcony with a mountain view. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely lovely host and amazing views from the balcony!

We stayed as two couples and found the rooms to be very comfortable. The host was absolutely lovely, helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. The views from the balcony were truly amazing and made our experience even more special. A car is very needed.

We did have a bit of trouble finding the place initially, as the GPS didn’t lead us to the correct address. It would be helpful if the host could update the address details on Booking.com to avoid confusion. Additionally, the kitchen amenities could be improved a bit to make cooking more convenient.

Cosy & Welcoming in the Perfect Location

Apartments Popovic was a lovely small flat in Budva with some amazing hosts. Even though the nice lady did not speak English we could feel how welcome we were in their home. Check in was very smooth with some help translating English from the Lady's young kid. Any questions and requests that we had could be easily solved by Google Translate! The room was nice and clean, filled with everything you needed with a beautiful view of Budva from the garden terrace just outside the room. Great location as well, being just a short walk away from the beach and old town. Our hosts were incredibly helpful after check out as well even allowing us to leave our baggage as we explored Budva for a couple more hours!

The Wifi and signal in the room was a bit slow and unreliable at some points but was overall not a problem.

Perfect location, clean room, warm welcome

You can stay in Apartment Popovic without a doubt. The owner of the house welcomed and offered us coffee and apricots while waiting for our room to get ready. The location is so close to the city center. Wifi and air conditioner work perfectly. In our room, we had one double and one single beds, balcony, and a bathroom. It was a warm stay in Budva. If I ever go to Budva again, I will not hesitate to stay at Apartment Popovic.

Comfortable and great value for money stay!

The location is just a 20 minute walk towards the city-centre and therefore quite easy to access. The elderly couple was very welcoming even with their limited English and managed to make us feel very welcome. The rooms are on the second and third floor separate from the main house so it does feel like you have your place all to yourself. The facilities were good. The bathroom shower has good water pressure, and the AC works well. A good value for money option.

The only thing to highlight is that it is upwards on a hill and there is a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the house and then further up to the rooms. I would not recommend for those with any form of mobility concerns.

Spectacular views, a kind host, and everything we needed for a comfortable night

We really enjoyed our short stay here and sad to leave! The apartment had everything we needed and the view was absolutely stunning. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, even with the language barrier. Parking right by the top entrance was a big plus, and having air con was a real blessing in the summer heat.

Just a small note- the bathroom floor gets quite wet when showering and could feel a bit slippery. Some towel hooks and a railing would be helpful, but overall it was a lovely place to stay!

Very good apartments , with great views, from the balcony. 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and big living room were clean and comfortable. The location is hard without car, but we were on our own car , so it was super . The parking was free and ampty . We will come back on vacation soon ❤️

We spent a week in the apartment. The apartment is clean with a well functioning air conditioning. You share kitchen with other guests. Great location - about fifteen minutes walk to the beach as well as old town. There is a lot of steps to get to the room (59 steps outside and 34 steps inside) but it is nothing to worry about if you are normally trained and have normal fitness. The downside of the apartment is that the building is very responsive and the WiFi is a little unstable. The host is very kind and helpful. She always responds quickly to messages. She doesn’t speak any English, but you can text with her in English so it is not a problem. We recommend the accommodation and it is reasonably priced.

Exceptional

I really enjoy my stay in this apartments with my husband. It was very close to the sea and the beach about 5 min. and to the Old City about 10 min. by walking. It was, also, very close to exit Budva by the car, because we like to travel and to explore other places and beaches. In the apartment was everything new, very cosy, clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony was very beautiful on the mountains and the city. The mountain air was very fresh and relaxing for sleeping. Here I met the best host ever - Miljana and her son Nikola, who makes us to feel like at home. She always gave us some good recommendation for everything in order to enjoy our stay in Montenegro. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Nice place to stay!

Very nice host. The apartment was spacious and equipped with a kitchen. It was renovated. The bathroom is modern. The bed was comfortable. Very close to the beach and to all necessities of tourists.

The refrigerator was very loud, you could hardly sleep at night. We were on the ground floor, so everyone passed our entrance. The kitchen could have been wider. Curtains were lacking, so it was a bit too bright in the morning.
