The location is very near the center and shops. The apartment is very spacious, clean with all that you need and also a kitchen. The owner was very polite and reacted fast to our needs and requests. The place is quite and cool enough in late august. You also have a little terrace at the entrance of the room, under the kiwi trees, that we enjoyed so much. The parking spot was very convenient. They also kept our luggage for the day and also offered shower if needed. All that you need.

If you go out by foot you will have a more tiring way back because of the steep road.

Çok temiz ve konum olarak gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. İhtiyaç duyacağınız her şey mevcut.

Çalışan hanımefendi Türkçe ya da İngilizce bilmiyor. Çamaşır yıkamak istediğimde bir gece konaklayacak olmam sebebiyle biraz sorun yaşamıştık ancak sahibesi gelip sorunu çözdü ve yıkama imkanı sağladı.

Bene per qualche notte, ma con alcuni difetti

7.5/10 Posizione ottima, a 15 min a piedi dalla città vecchia di Budva, con posto auto (indispensabile). Wifi perfetta. Camera da letto grande, letto comodo, asciugamani grandi e piccoli presenti. In bagno c'erano un sapone per le mani, un tappetino doccia e buon phon per capelli disponibile. Struttura molto pulita ovunque. Tv con netflix etc disponibile in salotto, con un bel divano grande e un tavolino da caffè. C'è l'aria condizionata! Grande armadio in camera con appendini e mensole. Due appendiabiti/porta-bagagli presenti nell'appartamento. Un tavolino e uno stendiabiti disponibili fuori dall'appartamento nella terrazzina condivisa. In generale spazi grandi eccetto per la cucina. I cestini vengono svuotati tutti i giorni. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili anche su whatsapp. Prezzo ottimo, abbiamo passato a Budva 3 notti la settimana di ferragosto e non abbiamo speso tanto, da questo punto di vista struttura consigliatissima.

La cucina è praticamente invivibile, molto piccola e senza appoggi per preparare (bisogna spostare lo scolapiatti in salotto per poter usare il piano cucina). Non c'è un tagliere né una padella, solo una pentola grande e una piccola. C'è solo la portafinestra + finestra in salotto, non ci sono finestre in camera, bagno o cucina, cosa che rende l'ambiente molto buio soprattutto al mattino. Il bagno, anche se molto pulito, è piuttosto scomodo, sia perché in doccia non c'è un appoggio per il soffione (cosa che rende molto difficile lavarsi i capelli), sia perché il mobiletto sopra il lavandino è molto in alto (io sono alta 165cm circa e mi riuscivo a vedere solo gli occhi). In camera c'è solo un comodino e non c'è uno specchio grande a figura intera. Alcune prese della corrente sono abbastanza staccate dal muro e a volte il caricabatterie non rimane inserito.

Budvada kalınacak çok güzel bir yer

Tesis çok iyi. Çok ilgililer. Temiz konforlu, rahat, geniş bir oda. Bahçesinde kiviler olan bir asması var. Merkeze çok yakın . Mogren plajına 15-20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. İnternet hizmeti çok iyi ortlama 5-6 adet wifi var . Bunun haricinde odanın iç kısmları için ekstra bir wifi yerleştirmişler her noktadan müthiş hızlı bir internet ağı var. Mutfak ve ekipmanları mevcut. Sıcak su sorunu yok. Kliması çok iyi çalışıyor. Market yakın .

Tesisle ilgili değil ama merkezden veya otogardan gelirken ortlama 3-5 dakikalık bir yokuş var. Yaz günü sırt çantası ile terletti bizi biraz.
