Amazing place very near to the beach and shops

Everything at this property is great! Staff are friendly and the host very hospitable. There's pots and pans in the studio but no oven or kettle. So you can cook and boil water or make drinks using the pots. They give you sealed soap and shampoo which are good. The beds were super comfy, but the attic room has twin beds instead of double.

There is no lift so I had to climb up an down the stairs to the 5th floor every day.

Exceptional

It´s is in a very convenient location in Budva city centre and close to the beach and the old town. The host, Igor, is very nice and professional. The apartment was well equipped and it's cleaned daily. There is a coffee machine in the lobby.

The building doesn't have a lift, which can be a problem for some people. Finding available parking in the area can be hard, but the host allowed us to park in front of the main gate and let us know when a spot in front of the building was available.

Nice short-term stay

I lived in Budva, that's why I was pretty sure about the area where Ivona apartments are, and had no problems to find them. Windows of my room were toward the wall, but I didn't mind because I wanted a good sleep before flight and windows on a road would be not so perfect. The room was nice and clean, everything there worked well. The host let us put our baggage in the storage room at the first floor, it was really nice of him. Overall I would recommend this place for most of people (check other part of my review).

The only thing these apartments disappointed me, was the floors. They are REALLY slippery. And I must say, they are slippery everywhere. There is no elevator, so you need to reach your room climbing twisted staircase which may be really dangerous for old or very young people, or if you have some mobility issues. The same goes for shower floor - I threw a towel under my feet, only after that I felt safe. The owners definitely should look up into this problem and find a way to fix it somehow.

Sublime place!

The room was clean. Very clean. It has all you need. Location is perfect - 10 min from old town. You have restaurants nearby, you have beach less than 10 min away, fast food, town center. All good. Loved it. The host was also very helpful and pleasant. Thanks Igor! The maid was also super friendly and helpful!

Very good

The guest house is in a very convenient location with supermarkets and a local bazar just across the street. It's slightly off the main street so the noise doesn't disturb you. Overall the room is nice and clean and the hosts are very pleasant and hospitable. It was a lovely stay.

We got a room with a wall in front of our balcony within a hands reach so some rooms can be very dark all day long, but for the price we paid it was okay. Another slight inconvenience was the very small bathroom with shower cabin being so close to the toilet that it took a couple of times banging the elbow while sitting down until it got to the muscle memory. And lastly, the sound isolation in the room is very poor so you can hear when people talk. We just got extremely unlucky to have very loud neighbours who partied entire night. The door and walls are so thin it feels like they're in your room. But of course, that is not the guest house fault. When we told the host about it, he told us to call him or text him on whats app if it repeats and we can't sleep. So that's just another thing to bear in mind - there is usually no one at the reception and in case you have an inquiry or an issue you need to call/text them, much like Airbnb. So even down the negative comment section turned out to be much longer, that was just to name a few details that can be useful to know, but overall we don't regret staying here.
