No air conditioner no toilet inside a shared toilet

They didn't give me the room I payed for no air conditioning no kitchen no toilet inside it was a shared toilet. Very bad quality of bed 🛌. I don't recommend to no one this apartment.

Good value for money

Lived the balcony overlooking the mountains and the place being near a large supermarket and the bus station. Comfortable bed, decent kitchen facilities, spacious and quiet. V good WiFi.

No hairdryer, couldn’t get Tv to work and there was a v musty smell in the bathroom and at night in the bedroom.

Quite mixed on the experience. Even though the hosts are smiling and friendly and their daughter gives you information via WhatsApp, we were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficient for a few meals. We enjoyed the terrace. It's a bit of a walk to get to the city center or the beach but nothing insurmountable. Overall I think it's good value for money but it was far from clean and comfortable. The furniture could use a refresh.

Nothing. Even the Air-Con was working as they had a blackout during the night, making us sweat

Terrible experience. The owner confiscated our passports for a full day so he could disappear god knows where to scan them and charge a city tax — absolutely absurd and made us feel extremely uneasy. The room was tiny and nowhere near a suite as advertised. You have zero privacy since you have to leave your room just to use the bathroom, which is surrounded by other rooms. The kitchen was a complete joke — cramped, poorly equipped, and unbearably hot when cooking. The toilet was filthy from the moment we arrived. Despite being told we’d be the only ones using the kitchen and bathroom, they were clearly shared with others as anybody can have easy access to them. Overall, a thoroughly disgusting and misleading stay. Avoid at all costs.

Booked apartment got room with shared kitchen.

The owner was very friendly and even came to pick us up when we had a terrible thunderstorm on arrival. The place was very clean.

We didn't like the fact that the kitchenette was not inside the room but in the corridor to be shared by other guests in other rooms as we were led to believe from the description and photographs that it was a proper apartment with kitchen inside the room. We booked an apartment but were given a room with shared kitchen. Also the chairs on the balcony were most unsuitable for eating at the table as they were non adjustable recliners.

The best place in Budva

We stayed our last 2 nights here and we really felt sad that we didn't find this amazing place from the beginning. Such a lovely place with evth u need inside. Separate fully equipped kitchen, and big beautiful and cozy balcony, just loved it soo much, the views to mountains. I highly recommend. The hosts Alexandra and her dad was so helpful and kind. I will definitely stay next time here.

Smooth check-in to the apartment. Friendly hosts. Neat apartment, lovely bedroom, and big terrace. 25-minute walk to the Old Town, 30 minutes to Mogren Beach, 25 minutes to Slovenska Beach. Voli supermarket is a 6-minute walk from the apartment. (The apartment location is not suitable for older people without a car.)

The towel holder in the bathroom is rusted. The faucet in the shower cabin is not working properly. Dishes in the kitchen are dirty from previous guests. The apartment doesn't have a clothes dryer.

It is very nice appartment! We stayed there in September and the price was extremely low. Nevertheless, the room was pretty, comfortable with owm kitchen and bathroom. There was huge terrace, free parking.

The best hosts ever🤗

These hosts are totally a-ma-ising! Hosts are a pair over 60, a man speaks english. We stayed with them 3 weeks and lived in all different rooms and appartments they have) So i may say about all flats - they are cozy and nice, everything is clean and all necessary stuff are provided like towels and bed sheet, moreover there are many little pretty details everywhere like flowers, pictures, green garden. etc. They really try hard to make the stayment comfortable for you and you will feel that)) and of course the view of almost all flats are defenetely a-ma-ising, mountains view! I better recommend you the last floor flat with separated bedroom and the best view of the house in my opinion. Its convinient (dishwasher is included😉) and the balcony is really huge! We layed on the terrace and watched stars there🤩 The hosts and their daughter (she was online with us) are so kind and helpful. We really felt we live at our grandparents house)) For instance, first day we came really exausted and fell to sleep immideately (they let us check in before check in time). When we were awake we were going to the city center to make a registration, but the man is already did and payed it for us(we didnt have a deal with him about it). And he is not so young to walk 50 minutes up and down the hill. We were really impressed! And they did other little help for us. So they are just the prettiest nicest people i met and I wish their life is nice to them because of their kindess to the world 😄
