Not something I've planned

Access to the shared kitchen, walkable place, safe gated property.

I would appreciate knowing in advance about construction going on at the neighbors villa. Waking up at 7.30 am to the jackhammer wasn't something I've planned for sure. Kitchenware was outdated, leaking kettle with non-closing lid, hard water buildup/stone which I wasn't able to remove even with citric acid, dull knives, chipped dishes, sockets not holding the plug. Definitely needs better attention.

Great value for money.

Host was very friendly and welcoming. It was an easy walk to the beach or old town and there are nice cafes closer also. The room was good and the air conditioning worked great.

Small shower that leaked on the floor was the only thing that wasn’t great.

Small room in need of an update but clean and near the bus station.

The location was close to the bus station and about 15 mins walk from the beach and 20 mins from the old town. Check in was easy. There was hot water and we had clean sheets.

The room was small we did not have space for our cases and to walk round the bed, it was really old with decor in need of an update, the shower was mouldy and broken. It was fairly clean but there were lots of mosquitos. Wi-fi connection was not good and very inconsistent connection.

Spacious room

It’s close to the bus station and walking distance to the old town. The host is helpful and friendly. It had a little balcony.

The WiFi needs to be reset at times to access it. There’s just a little bin in the bathroom. Bathroom is quite small.

It was great, we enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was well equipped - we also had our own refrigerator (which was a saver) - and a big plus was that we location had its own parking. Aside from the the facilities, the host was very kind and helpful

Convenient stay with everything you need nearby

Comfortable twin room with A/C and a lovely shared patio. Great location—about 25–30 minutes’ walk to the beaches and old town, and very close to restaurants, the bus station, and supermarkets. Perfect for a short 2-night stay.

Only downside was that the shower water pressure could be better.

Nice an memorable

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach and local markets. Everything we needed was close by and easy to access. Our host was very welcoming, greeted us at the entrance, and maintained great communication throughout our correspondence. We sincerely thank him for all his assistance.

Nothing. Just a heads-up—if you have a large bag, be prepared for quite a few stairs to reach the apartment we stayed in. That said, the host was very friendly and helpful with this, which we really appreciated.

Cozy Place

We really enjoyed staying in a Martinovic place, a great location, a good kitchen with all the appliances , a room clean and a cozy place Marco and his family are very nice and you can ask anything and he will help you. Definitely, I will come back again in the future.

Good option for short and long stay

We've stayed in this hostel 3 times, every spring. The location is great and it's pretty silent here. The apartment is equipped with kitchen, wardrobes, bathroom facilities. What we liked the most is 2 rooms separated with a door so that one of us could work and not disturb the other one. And also there is parking for the hostel visitors and they always hace free spots, so we didn't have problems with our car.

We could hear other people on stairs, but it wasn't a big problem.

Internet speed is only 5-10mb/s also unfortunately it's impossible to get a good night's sleep: the bed is very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs pressing into your body, and there's no way to block the sunlight from the windows, so the room becomes fully lit as soon as the sun rises.

I liked the stay in Martinovic . The place is clean , secured and in good location close to everything . The building is a new construction and the room is very comfortable. From the bus terminal it's like 5 min walk . To the beach 10min only.

Good value for the money, nice locality and very helpful owner. However, the cleanliness and mattresses could be better.

Very nice and helpful owner, we had a clogged shower and he cleaned it himself in a few minutes upon writing it. Also he let us park our car on the parking a few hours after we checked out.

Mattresses were a bit older and very uncomfortable. For the price and for 2 days it was OK, but not sure how would I feel after sleeping on the mattress after a week or so. Also the clogged shower was an unpleasant surprise, but it was solved.

Good place to stay in Budva

The hostel is located in a 10min walking distance from the bus station and has many cafes and shops nearby. The location is not noisy, the hostel has its parking area which is a must have in Budva. Towels were provided and we could use many utencils in the kitchen to make food and drinks. The host is very nice, replied rapidly and assisted with questions, also provided papers for customs (tourist fee). Good money/quality ratio.

It was hard to understand where to make registration and it was a good coincidence that the host went down to farewell with other guests and met us. Wi-fi had an error and was turned off for some days. The walls are quite narrow so we could hear everybody walking and talking. And the beds were veeery squeaking.
