Would recommend for solo stays

The location was very central, easy to reach from the harbour and center. Also walking distance to the beaches and supermarket. The room itself was big enough for short stays however the separate private bathroom was quite smaller than it actually seemed on the photos. The host was very friendly and helpful. Also possible to sit and spend time outside in front of the building, hang clothes etc.

The bathroom is very small, no fly nets on the windows, abit of vantilation problem since the window of the room was quite smaller but there is an A/C

Great value, great location and friendly hosts with a very comfortable bed and good balcony.

Great location right next to old town and beaches which were all walkable. Very friendly host who was very welcoming and keen to pass on useful local information and tips. Cleanliness and balcony was bigger than we expected with a ok view.

The kitchen was small and outdated with no real prep area and perhaps not easy to cook a meal. However, we did not want to cook so it was fine and the small fridge was enough for our needs. Bathroom could benefit from an update but it all worked ok.

Clean,

I had a hard time finding the place I looked at on the map, and I called them several times, but it was too late to get help. Although I brought the toilet door broken to their attention at night, they didn't respond until the next noon, and they still haven't fixed the lock. The internet in the room was very weak, but I didn't go to complain to them because I didn't get a solution from them in the first two complaints. Since there was no car parking system, I had to park in the parking area of a nearby supermarket and pay an extra 20 euros for free parking. I was told that they said on their website that there was no parking, but I didn't notice any such mention. I am extremely disappointed with four issues: the difficulty in finding the way there, the challenge of parking the vehicle, the broken toilet door that was not fixed, and the weak internet. Two more positives to add: the room was clean and it was easily accessible from the city center if you know the location.

We had a great time.

The house was very close to the Old Town, right in the center. There was a supermarket nearby where you could get everything you needed. Trash was collected regularly, but the towels were not changed. The apartment did not provide shampoo or shower gel, but luckily we had brought our own, so it wasn’t a problem. It was about a 20-minute walk to the central bus station and very close to Mogren Beach. The apartment had a balcony, which was important for us, and we enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. The view wasn’t much—just another hotel—but it didn’t bother us. The house was attached to the one next door, but fortunately, we didn’t have any noisy neighbors. Check-in was overall smooth; we had received all the necessary information and photo directions before arriving, so it was easy to find. Nikola met us at the door, showed us the apartment, and gave us a map while explaining the places we could visit. We thank him for his help.

There was no option to pay by credit card; payment was made in cash. I would have preferred to pay by credit card. There was hair around the edges of the shower. It could have been cleaned better.

A warm, clean, and cozy stay

This place is amazing — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy budva. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, just like all the Montenegrin people I’ve met! Everything was spotless and super cozy. I felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Adequate stay

The location is good due to be a 5 minute walk to the old town, the beach, a minute from the nearest supermarket, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around. The room was clean and quiet.

To reach the room you have to go uphill and also go up 2 flights of stairs, so be aware of it if you have limited mobility. Also, we were unsure how servicing the room worked, as we had a 3 nights stay and the room was only cleaned on the last day, even though all that was done was a bin change (towels and pillow cases were not changed). The room and bathroom's windows were also left open; however, this brought in a few mosquitoes.

Cute place with great views near the old town .

The location is great ,walking distance from the old town, supermarket ,bus stop ,shopping .Very convenient. The view of the sea and mountain from the apartment is beautiful. The amenities are good apartment was clean and cute .

The shower head could be replaced with a better and stronger one . The WiFi is not good . The slanting roof especially in the bedroom was annoying , We were not used to it , kept hitting our head with the roof. You have to remember to bend down to get to the bed.

Lovely hosts, perfect location and a great view

The hosts were amazing! Really accommodating and friendly and gave us tips on parking, beaches etc. The location was perfect. Right by the old town and the lovely beaches. Also close to the bus station and shops. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The front door didn’t stay shut without locking it but it didn’t really bother us.

A pleasant stay in a great location with kind and helpful hosts – would definitely come again

The location was excellent – very close to Voli market, Old Town, and Mogren Beach. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They kindly fulfilled a small request we made, which we really appreciated.

The shower area is quite small, and the curtain touches you while showering. A different solution instead of the curtain might improve comfort.

Budva local stay

The staff is sweet and the place is clean. They've provided a small kitchen in the room along with a terrace full of beautiful plants. The place itself is picturesque with white walls and beautiful flowers.

we were actually expecting there to be Seaview but it was a garden terrace. There were 2 single beds for three of us. Also, we had to pay additional money for tax in person which is not included in the initial fair. It could be due to a valid reason but I would appreciate if they mention it in the advertisement and not on spot.

Great location, easy to access and close to everything you need I.e. supermarket, restaurants and Old Town.

The toilet facilities were not in great condition. Shower curtains and drains were in need of a deep clean.

Great location, about 5 minute walk to the beach and old town. Supermarket 1 minute away too. Would highly recommend doing the walk along the water front to Sveti Stefan while in Budva! Hosts really nice!

A bit tight for space for 4 people with the sofa bed in the living room, so could only really sit on balcony area while sofa bed out. Kitchen pretty basic but does the trick for a short stay. I really would recommend staying here!

The apartment is just in the heart of Budva which is only 10 minutes to Old Town and 15 minutes to really good coves by walking.

However, there is no free parking and parking areas are really expensive like 1 Euro per hour. Also the kitchen is so small that I can say that your own meal’s cooking is very difficult. The tools are also not complete.

Prime location!

Location is amazing! Just a few steps to the old town, a market in the corner and also a paid parking lot (15€/day, min 2 days). Don’t worry much about the stairs to get in the apartment if you don’t have any disability.

Shower pressure is great, but the shower head is placed too low, but uncomfortable to shower although an easy fix!

The location is perfect! You can easily walk everywhere and with a supermarket just down the stairs towards the beach makes it even more convienent. The view from the balcony was great along with the full kitchen.
