Vila Mitrovic

Spacious apartment, quiet, comfortable bed, TV facing bed with a few English channels, WiFi, kitchenette - 2 ring hob, fridge, cookware, dining table, nice front and rear balcony which was useful for drying clothes. I found the room didn't get that hot despite the end of July. Host met me upon arrival and showed me round. Location: 10 min walk down steps to old town, promenade and beaches, Voli supermarket 5 min walk (on the way to old town), 25 min walk from Budva bus station, 15 min walk from an outside calisthenics gym in a park.

Minor things - no microwave, toaster or oven. Aircon unit a little noisy.

The property is very well located. It is about a 5/10 minute walk to the old town and beach which is good. The room was also a decent size for a few days.

The shower holder had broken so you had to hold the shower head yourself which made it quite difficult to shower. The host did not respond via Booking.com when we messaged which was not ideal when we were struggling to locate the property (luckily a person was walking by and helped us locate the property)

The family were very friendly and it’s is a beautiful villa, very clean

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable we had to leave after one night as we had an awful nights sleep! Also, although not far from the old town in minutes, it is a steepish hill!
