Lovely villa but beds are very uncomfortable

The family were very friendly and it’s is a beautiful villa, very clean

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable we had to leave after one night as we had an awful nights sleep! Also, although not far from the old town in minutes, it is a steepish hill!

Once we found it. The location was great. Be careful and check the details when you book. I thought it was an apartment but it was a room with a shared kitchen. But this turned out fine for a short stay. The host was super helpful.

The shower holder is broken, which does not make for the best shower.

Perfect stay that met all of our needs…

Perfect location for what we wanted to do in Budva… Walkable from the bus station, new town and old town… owners were very pleasant and helped us pay the tourist tax… which seems pretty much an option..Loved our little balcony in the afternoon shade and the a lovely view of the garden and through to the sea…In hindsight would follow the car directions to their driveway instead of google directions walking. Makes more sense and there is a sign on the main road …

A relaxed few days in Budva

We really liked this accommodation, it was in the perfect location, walkable to old town and all the main beaches but still quiet and relaxing. The balcony was great for having dinner outside, the kitchen is shared between a few rooms but we never had any issues using it when we wanted to cook meals. Constant hot water and free parking was a bonus

Make sure you access from the main road not the back road as google took us the wrong way round

The house is very beautiful with a nice garden and terrace. We had a warm welcome from the cleaning lady who showed us our room. It is very well located only a few minutes walk from the city center and the beach. I strongly recommend the Vila Mitrovic for your stay in Budva.

We really liked the location and the view from our balcony. It's great that the villa is not far from the center and there are paths to get to it☺️ It is also very cool that the owners of the villa even made parking for the guests of the villa, since parking a car in Budva is another quest. And we also liked that we lived on the second floor of the villa and you need to go downhill to the villa itself, so the sport was every day to disperse chevapi, kaymak and other Montenegrin treats 🤣

I would like to change the beds, because they are very large and take up most of the room, since we had a small room for two of us, but the bed took up most of it, and also make the beds not so hard and give either more pillows or throw 4 pillows on the bed. And the hair dryer was very weak and quiet, you had to wait a long time until you dry your whole head.

Superb

It was very clean and cozy room which we stayed for 3 nights. It was very close to the beach and the Citadel. Mr Dejan met us and he was very friendly to us. There was a private bathroom in our room and very beautiful small balcony where we had our morning coffees. Also it is worth to note, there is a shared kitchen where you can cook, make tea, store the food in the fridge and so on.

Just 2 things I want to note: 1. When you come to the Vila through Gospostina street (as we came) there was no sign on the road and we struggled a little bit to find it out, despite we used to have enough instructions. There are many vilas around to be noted. 2. The shower cabin was too small, I bearly fit in it 😄

The stay was OK, probably worth the money, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The place was nice overall, pretty clean. I've liked the location, it's really close to the old city and the sea (however, it's pretty high, so the amount of steps that should be covered can be challenging for less mobile visitors).

Probably I should have considered the photos and description more carefully, but the room was pretty small, without any table inside. I was off-season, late September, and it was raining frequently, so balcony wasn't that usable. The kitchenette shown on photographs is a shared kitchenette between several rooms, which was a bit unexpected to me.

Great location, very polite and competent host, easy contact, instructions how to get to the place. Nice room, with separate, convenient access and good lighting. Good, stable internet.

Bathroom needs some improvement / investment - the shower cabin frame is broken, the water flow strength is weak and there's a bad smell from the pipes (that might be a town problem? Not sure...)

The host helped us a lot, in everything we needed, even to print out some documents. She speaks very good English, and gave us tips about places to visit. The person who works with her is also very helpful, even though she doesn't speak English, she helped us using the Google translator.

The location is unbeatable. Right above the old city with a beautiful stone walkway covered in ivy to get down to the town. It's surrounded by beautiful gardening. The terraces have an old world charm. Really the photos online don't do the experience of staying here justice. The room has everything you need. It's immaculately cleaned and the hosts are fantastic. They let me store my things in my room long after check out until my driver came. The wifi was fast, no issues. If you're a digital nomad exploring the city this is the perfect spot away from the very loud hostels. As a woman staying alone I felt very safe here. They give you keys to lock not only your room door but the door to your whole floor.

Frendly owner. Very cosy room, in excelent condition. Shared kitchen with staff and fridge. Good heating in the room. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent wi-fi. Good location - 5/10 min by walk to/from old town, restaurants, minimarkets. Free privet parking. Safe-box in the room. Cable TV with russian language channels also. Balcony. Everything like in the pictures. Good value for money! Exellent for 1-2 nights of if you come late only to sleep.

Extremely small room. No place for siutcases. No hair dryer in room. No microwave. Difficultly to find it in darkness.

The villa is located in the most central location you can ask for. Just park the car in the villa and from there you can walk 2 minutes and reach the old city center. The beach is also a 2-minute walk from the villa. Recommended place!

I regret the choice made .

Nothing

We spent at Villa Mitrovic 2 nights I regretted the choice I made. I stayed in room 6 . The small ffff room , you could barely move. So does the balcony. All very old things, drilled linen, a kind of antique blanket. As for the bathroom everything very old, the water in the toilet flowed all night. On the televiorul a few local stations, and WI-FI went very badly. Description in the presentation false. I regret the choice made .
