They gave us another room compared to what was advertised and offered no parking, so we left early

I'm using booking.com since 2014 and was always satisfied by the hosting and services provided, except this time. Thanks to booking.com I was able to refund the money for the period that I didn't stay, as if it were for the host's they wanted to charge us the money while we didn't stay there after they basically didn't offer any parking, a decent room with basic needs or any customer service. -host guaranteed in august that he’ll offer parking (I called him in August and texted him before booking, he said: for sure) -in september when I arrived, he announced me at 9pm after I called him and I told him that I’ll be there in an hour that there’ll be a self check in, the number of room of apartment wasn’t provided and to park the car wherever I find a spot until the next day -thanks to his advice I got my first fine in my life in any country from the police for parking -he initially told me that local police “is hunting foreigners” with parking, then after I told him that he promised me parking and to come with me at police as he speaks the language, he told me that it is my fault (car was still parked in a parking when police picked it up) -the room didn’t look like in pictures, the door was making noise, furniture was old, fridge was frozen and it didn’t cool (he told my father to defrost it himself…) -the room smelled badly, it smelled like viruses and bacteria, I wanted to ask for another room, but the host wasn’t available with any request. His main phrase “deal with it”. My ratings: -4 for accomodation (that place is not livable), -4 for customer care (it doesn't exist), -4 for trust. He promises you one thing and delivers nothing in return.

Good stay at Yeshill Apartment

Good location within walking distance of 7 minutes from bus station and 15 minutes from old town. Owner speaks English and very friendly. We also enjoy the balcony.

The apartment is on a busy street and there are some traffic noise which can be reduced by closing all the windows facing the street. The owner could communicate better by pointing out the apartment is in a white building with a flower shop on the ground floor since Google maps were wrong. The cooking wares were minimal with a pancake like shallow frying pan.

Location was good but the room needs some refurnishing.

The balcony was nice and spacious, the room itself was quiet large and had enough room for all our stuff, the location was good not too far of a walk to the old town but not too close that it was too noisy. The host was also friendly and there was items at the front door that all guests could borrow which was very nice such as umbrellas, buckets and spades etc.

The bed was not comfortable you could feel the springs in your back when you lie down, the blankets for the bed were towels which was not ideal as they were quite scratchy, the shower head was broken as it fell out of the holder during each shower. The kitchen equipment i.e. the frying pan could do with an upgrade.

With all balconies facing the road, the noise can be quite overwhelming, detracting from the potential for relaxation. No need to look for anything else

The location is very convenient, with the bus station nearby and several good cafes within walking distance. The beach is also not far away. There is free parking available, which is a big plus if you rent a car. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. On the first floor, there is a washing machine, and you can ask the host to wash your clothes. The host is friendly and responded quickly to all questions and requests. Room layout and design are also very good. After the first night, we extended our stay by two more.

The water heater is a storage type, and it's volume is not enough for three people consecutively. Also, the iron is damaged, although it still works. Once, when we arrived, the parking lot was fully occupied (we parked nearby, behind the store).

The apartment was at great location and easy to access and find. The rooms and whole building was really clean and cosy and rooms were perfect for us. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had good time there and can only highly recommend Yeshill Apart & Studio to anyone visiting Budva!! 10/10!!

I liked the views the beaches and the Old City.

The apartment was nice, cosy and comfortable with a good amount of kitchenware to make meals. Sitting in the morning sun on the balcony was a great introduction to the day and handy for washing and drying a few things. It's close to the bus station, a supermarket and rest of the town. The hot water comes out almost immediately and is very hot so have to be careful not to burn yourself.

It was hard to find because there is no sign and the entrance is around the side. If you find the hairdresser and florist it's that building. The door is around the side of the building from the florist and it's the outside door. There are also several other apartment blocks with the same name but different addresses so it can be confusing for locals trying to help locate it. There's also the usual spillage of shower water because of an inadequate shower curtain that many places have. Just do the best you can. I found Budva impossible to exchange cash for euros or Albanian lek. There are no currency exchanges and few and far banks that change or change anything but US dollars. Banks also have lengthy queues that eat into your day's activities.

It was a pleasant holiday and I would come back to the same apartment.

I liked the price-quality ratio. The location was good. There were good restaurants and markets nearby. There was a good bakery across the street, where you could get good bakery products every morning.

There were problems with finding a parking space for the car. Sometimes the wifi was weak and couldn't connect well. Water accumulated on the bathroom floor

Overall, it was really nice. I felt like home almost instantly

The location was nice, there were all the things we needed in the nearby proximity. The owner is a really nice and polite person. He provided a transfer from the airport as we agreed on and back, for an additional fee as it states in the description. There was a little bit of noise coming from the car wash nearby, but with the closed windows it couldn't be heard. The facilities were simple but useful, everything in working condition and if anything goes wrong, the owner is always happy to help. Also, there are beach umbrellas and some books about Montenegro on the first floor which can be used at any time.

Probably, shower could be a little bit better. But it's nothing like you cannot use it and it's unpleasant. Just will be nicer if it was a little bit newer. Also, the glass at the door could be a little bit darker, because it's hard to sleep at the morning with all the sunlight coming from it. But this is something, that could be easily improved.

Nice, spacious apartment with large private terrace/balcony

Bid apartment with private balcony/terrace. The staff is really nice: sent me all info and photos of the building a day before arrival. Was very easy to find. And we could find free parking on the street without any problem. There is a possibility to use beach umbrella and a beach blanket for free- it is is the basket downstairs. Takes about 10pm walk to the beach.

Very small shower: if you close the curtain- you can’t move and we are pretty small. So won’t suit larger people. Those beautiful ropes were in the way of TV and you cannot move them aside.

The place is good for the short stay without children. There is no carpet, so the tiled floor is cold. The conditioning worked well. Kitchen has all the necessary stuff for cooking. The room was clean. As the is no elevator and no place to leave baby stroller on the 1st floor, it is difficult to stay with the small baby.

Wonderful experience to stay in Budva.

Wonderful experience as i extended my visit to two days. Location is excellent, close to bus station and downtown. Yeshill was very helpful. Highly recommended place to stay in Budva.
