The property was close to the bus station and the beach. All amenities mentioned was available. There was even oil, salt sugar and all utensils for cooking.
The toilet was close to cooking area, but as a studio this was ok.

I stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed my stay. By the end of my stay, it started to feel like home already. The host was very friendly and helped me find a parking space for my car. The apartment was well equipped and had everything I needed: kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels. The location is great: a bakery is right across the street, a supermarket is nearby, and the old town is within walking distance.
The only minor issue was the balcony door, which was a bit difficult to open as it scraped against the floor. It also tended to close by itself unless it was kept open with something. However, this was a very minor inconvenience, everything else was great.

The balcony was nice and spacious, the room itself was quiet large and had enough room for all our stuff, the location was good not too far of a walk to the old town but not too close that it was too noisy. The host was also friendly and there was items at the front door that all guests could borrow which was very nice such as umbrellas, buckets and spades etc.
The bed was not comfortable you could feel the springs in your back when you lie down, the blankets for the bed were towels which was not ideal as they were quite scratchy, the shower head was broken as it fell out of the holder during each shower. The kitchen equipment i.e. the frying pan could do with an upgrade.
