Apart hotel for fair price

The room was clean. There is a comfy mattress. The host was friendly and supportive. Not expensive.

The hotel stays on the road and it’s very noisy. There is a lot of smog from the cars. The hotel is far away from the beach.

Convenient Location with Great Service!

The host was fantastic—always available, very responsive to our questions, and even recommended the best beaches to visit. Super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to the beach, market, several grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and even a mall. Parking and laundry on-site were a real bonus, making our stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. Everything we needed was close by, which made our trip easy and enjoyable.

good but..

the room is in a relatively good location, has private parking and a small balcony with a mountain view. The hostess was friendly and helpful.

The amenities are less than basic: there wasn't even soap in the bathroom!! In addition, for the first time I happened to have only one towel for each of us! as for the kitchen equipment, it is limited to two plates, two cups and two glasses! Finally, the room was on the second floor without an elevator, something to be aware of if you have difficulty with stairs.

Great apartment

Great location, very clean and comfortable! This had everything we needed for our 1 night in Budva. Walking distance to bus station and to the old town where there is also a nice beach. We were able to check in early which was perfect for us as we arrived in the morning.

The apartment is in a very convenient location. It is close to the beach, shops, a market, and a pharmacy. The apartment has its own parking space.

It is not suitable for people who are bothered by street noise such as the sounds of cars, motorcycles, etc.

My family and I have been traveling in 44 countries over the past 25 years, and I declare with all responsibility that Brana maintains positive energy in the apartments of her aparthotel, the perfect cleanliness that every traveler dreams of. Change of towels every day. Change of bed linen every 5 days. Beach towels are provided. The room was cleaned according to my wishes, when I needed it. I pay special attention to the high quality of cleaning by a worker named Darka, who professionally and responsibly cleans the apartment, observing all the norms of hygiene, ethics, and aesthetics. Nice view from the balcony. Good soundproofing in the apartment. We were allowed a late check out. 16 days spent by me and my child in this aparthotel were happiness for us.

Good location but the facility not that good

The location is quite good, close to the beach and the central bus station. Besides that the room was very clean.

The place was advertised as an apartment but it's really more of a hotel room with a small kitchen located right next to the bed. Besides that, the facility itself wasn't cozy, the balcony had a view right into the next building, the towels were small and the kitchen wasn't well equipped.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to old town and 8 minutes away from the bus station. Adorable owner

Perfectly located and easily accessible whether you're travelling with a car or with the bus. It's 8 minutes away from the bus station and they have a private parking, the gate is closed during the night. The owner is adorable although communication is a bit challenging if you do not speak serbian/montenegrin. The apartment was clean, hot water, A/C and a small kitchen.

Nice studio for a reasonable price

It was very clean studio apartment. The host was very nice and friendly. The bed and pillow were super comfy. Flat had almost everything we needed: kettle, kitchen cutlery etc.

The location was not super nice: even though it was close to the city center, the house is located just on the road and our balcony was facing that road, so it was quite noisy, even with closed window at night. Also there was no bath toiletries, except the soap. Usually, there is at least some shower gel or 2-in-1 stuff, but here we had to buy everything by ourselves.

Perfect location and hospitable hosts. Zero problems with the communication prior to arrival - the owner responded prompty to our messages. The room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed and AC was already turned on and warmed up the room so I could easily start my short holidays. Parking is behind the house which is a big advantage in Budva. Short 10-minute walk to the Old City. You also have the supermarket at the big crossroad 2 minutes away on foot. Bakery is also close (also 2 minutes on foot). Although we had windows looking at the street, we slept very well. Very recommended!

Wonderful Apartments And Great Host.

The apartment was spotless, in a great location and comfortable. Ms. Batinic stayed up until midnight to greet us after our flight was delayed 10 hours. Everyone there was very friendly. It was close to the old town and beach but was very quiet. It was also easy to get to the bus station, restaurants and shopping. The wifi was very fast.

Spotless & comfortable apartments just a 10 min walk to the Old Town, city beach & bus station. The room was cleaned every day and our host was so warm & friendly! We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the sunset over the mountains after a day at the beach- will definitely be back!
