A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location

Great location, close to everything we needed — shops, restaurants, old city and the beach. Marina, the host, was very nice and welcoming, making sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for families or groups. Overall, a wonderful experience and excellent value for the price.

The water heater is too small for five people. However, Marina has just found a solution and will replace it with a larger one.

Great choice with central access throughout the year.

Hosts were very inviting and made us feel welcome. Very chatty if you want to engage :D Location is hard to beat for the size, quality and comfort of the place.

Bathroom could use an update but it was otherwise great.

Highly recommended walking distance to the old town

The host is super kind, the apartment is dated but comfortable and well located, just a short walk to the old town. Only small down side is the fridge a bit too noisy but you can always unplug it! Highly recommended 👌

Nice accommodation and friendly hosts

Everything was good. Apartment is very close to city center and old town. In 10-20 meters there are bakery and market. There is everything you need in the apartment: a bedroom with small kitchenette and bathroom. Bedroom has shelves, night stands, kitchenette has stove, sink and all kitchen tools you need. Hosts were very warm and welcoming, especially Marina! She is amazing person who takes care of guests and shares essential information. We would definitely recommend!

Great place, comfortable and top host

This is a great place, close to the beaches and the old town. Marina is a top host, offering a welcome drink and always there to help. She is sincerely interested and takes perfect care of her guests. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms have airconditioning and a balcony. You can reach a small shop and a bakery (24h) right 20 meters from the apartment. You can park your car on the private parking and leave it there. You do not need it in town.

AMAZING! Don’t miss this.

The apartment has everything you need, the bed was comfortable, we loved the sun on our little balcony. The location was amazing. But the best part of our stay was the host. Marina was the best host we could have asked for. She was so welcoming, told us everything we needed to know about how to get to all the beaches etc. Her husband also made us homemade wine and we sat downstairs on the outside patio with Marina while we drunk and shared stories. This is a memory we will cherish forever. We will be back :)

Marina’s property is very well located, close to almost everything(pastry shop, grocery store, beach, old town, bus terminal etc.). The room is clean and spacious. Most importantly, Marina is always thoughtful and welcoming with a warm smile on her face.

Nice stay in nice town.

Nice, clean and basic room with big balcony. There is fridge, cooking facilities, satellite-tv and a/c. House is well located and services are very near. There is 24/7 bakery just outside the house's gate - like well equipped small supermarket which has long opening hours. Very big supermarket is 2 minutes walk, beachfront with its resraurants etc is 5 minutes walk and old town maximum 10 minutes walk. The host is helpful and friendly. The house has beautiful lush garden with mandarin and lemon tree, grapes and kiwis, too.

Lovely stay!

Lovely couple, Marina gave us so much information on where to go for food, shopping, beach etc, they have fantastic homemade wine and rakia which we bought as well. Location is perfect, close to beach and old town yet not so noisy.

Bed was hard compared to what we had in Kotor.

The property has a great location, within walking distance to the old city, but in a quiet area. The host was really welcoming, took her time to invite us for drinks, explained the surroundings and also helped us with registering to the authorities. She was the nicest host we had during our trip in Montenegro and we wish we had stayed longer.

Budva’da konakladığımız “Budva Center Apartments” kesinlikle harikaydı! Şehrin tam merkezinde, her yere yürüme mesafesinde olan bu evde kendimizi çok huzurlu ve güvende hissettik. Ev tertemizdi, ferah ve oldukça konforluydu. Ev sahibimiz Marina ve dünya tatlısı eşi, her konuda içtenlikle yardımcı oldular. Güler yüzleri ve misafirperverlikleri sayesinde adeta kendi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettik. Market, fırın, plaj… Hepsi birkaç adım uzaklıkta. Lokasyon gerçekten muazzam. 3 katlı bir evin 2. katında kaldık, sakin ve huzurlu bir ortam vardı. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Budva’ya tekrar gelirsem hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırım!

Empfehlenswertes Quartier bei freundlichen Gastgebern

Die Lage ist optimal zum Strand aber auch zur Altstadt (7-10 Minuten). Der Empfang ist freundlich und Marina ist gern bereit Lokaltipps zu teilen. Sie ist eine ueberaus freundliche und auskunftsfreudige Gastgeberin bei der wir uns sehr wohl gefuehlt haben. Der Balkon geht zu einem gepflegten Garten hinaus in dem die Gastgeber einen bunt bluehenden Garten pflegen.
