Splendid Apartments Budva.

Quiet. Outdoor seating.

No cleaning. Dark room. Location not as expected. Wasn't sure where we would be staying until arrival which wasn't mentioned at booking. A number of different addresses given in correspondence. Sheets didn't fit the bed

Great place to stay in the beautiful budva.

The location was great. Staff was nice. We had trash taken out and clean floor everyday and fresh towels on the start and in the middle of our week long trip.

For transportation, the bus terminal was very close, it was close to the mall, it was really a great place. The room we stayed in was adequate. See you again.

This is not a studio/Suite as mentioned in the property description. It’s a master room (room with a private bathroom), a refrigerator and an electric kettle inside. It’s a very small room (not studio/ Suite).

Perfect hosts in a great apartment

We were met by the owners Srdjan & Ljilja who showed us into the apartment when we arrived from Tivat airport (20 mins away). The apartment is very well located and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a smart TV, excellent wi-fi and a washing machine. The large double bed was super comfy snd the kitchen was well equipped. One day there was an issue with the toilet & it was fixed immediately (while we were out) and a bottle of beautiful home made red wine was provided as a token of there sadness that there was an issue. Srdjan & his wife Ljilja were the absolute perfect hosts, and we hope to stay again in the future.

Dirty, noisy, lots of insects.

Location was close to TQ plaza also beach in Vojvodanska street.

I have stayed 4 different apartments in Budva. This was the dirtiest. There are colonies of ants, ı have seen two cockroaches, few dead mosquitos and one spider net. 2 days there are no hot water in the apatment. You hear all voices in next apartment no isolation. Do no stay here very bad.

We got different room, smaller and not the one the We booked, they charge us full price without offering any kind of compensation for not getting what we reserved almost 2 months in advance.

Very sweet hosts, and good for the price.

The hosts were very sweet and helpful, and sorted out any questions I had. I could contact them very easily and they provided me with all extra facilities I could need, even if they weren't included on the site. The terrace/garden situation was beautiful and everything in the apartment worked well - most importantly, the air conditioning.

The rooms that open on the balcony/garden can often get some ants, but the hosts immediately take care of it and are extremely nice. Once they came to sort out the problem, it was completely solved.

Vrata od kupatila ne mogu da se zatvore, nakon svakog tuširanja je poplava u kupatilu jer voda curi iz tuš kabine. Kupatilo je I malo, ali na to ne bismo imali zamjerku da nije ovih ostalih problema.

Тихий отель прямо в центре Будвы

Останавливались в этом отеле летом и вернулись зимой. Оба раза всё было прекрасно. Очень нравится расположение: всё близко, но при этом достаточно тихо и уютно. Ещё мне нравится, что выйти во внутренний дворик можно было из обеих комнат нашего номера.

Нужно немного подрегулировать в ванной сантехнику. Ну и там очень шумная автоматическая вытяжка, я просто такое не люблю, хотя, скорее всего, в апартаментах это оправдано.
